There's no real recipe but....Taco mac-n-cheese is easy.
In a deep casserole pan layer crushed tortilla chips, seasoned ground beef/turkey/chicken, salsa, and whatever your favorite version of mac-n-cheese. You can add tomatoes, or jalapenos if you want. I don't suggest lettuce unless you want to top it off when served. Same with sour cream.
Top layer should always be cheese, and lots of it. I like a mix of mozzerella and colby jack because I usually use smoked gouda and deli-sliced white american for the mac-n-cheese (NOT the fake plastic wrapped crap!!! Jeeszuz help those who do. Lucifer has a special place for you)
