No, I think if Caleb was still being poisoned he'd be close to dead by now. It didn't take a huge amount to affect him. It was the fact that the silver made it impossible for him to naturally get rid of the mercury that was the problem. And it was something no one thought of looking for. More to come on how their powers will come into play.

The rest of the story is done on really rough draft form so nothing is written in stone yet. Whatever closure there may be is still up in the air quite honestly. But there will be some kind of closure. I can't imagine it otherwise. I don't do carpet. Too much hassle to keep clean. Wood floors or vinyl plank thank you very much.

I'm not sure why this story didn't go over so well. Eh, you win some and lose some. I look at all of my stories as learning experiences. Although I really did enjoy these characters.

Can't help you with the cold shower, you're on your own. Caleb can shift into light, beyond that I haven't told you... yet. Last story I felt Corbin’s character got shafted a bit. He needs a little more attention. Yes, Caleb will always be an Alpha. You might be right about him not wanting his own pack again, but stranger things have been known to happen. As for what's next... see Danilo or Chris for the countdown. Lol

My attention to detail still has to pass the @Kitt test. It's scary when you know you have readers who are much more knowledgeable than you about a subject you're writing about. Corbin just might pop up again. Just sayin'. There was no way I could let hunters take a pot shot at these two. You guys would kill me. Who knows what the next week will bring? Oh yeah... me! (And Gnomie, Aaron and Danilo when they're done... lol) [yes @Danilo Syrtis you'll get the chapter, but probably not until tomorrow, Aaron's butchering it now)

After dragging her through two stories and making her wait, I had to throw @Mrsgnomie a bone. Besides... I balanced the heinous coconut odor with the awesome smell of leather (cuz Asa is a farrier after all. Lol)
