Yeah, sometimes inspiration will strike and it's not meant to be a long story. Like when Lucifer decides to visit. Haha! I've got another anthology story dropping, most likely this week. I'm not sure how many more weeks they'll be posting them. Not as fluffy as the one last week, but not super serious like the Secret Author story or even last year's anthology. Shorts are fun to do once in a while, especially when they challenge you like the June Pride contest a few years ago. That's how Lucifer came to be. It was hard being limited to 1000 words. Especially for me. Lol. But I learned a lot, and found a super snarky and fun character.

Back in the 70s and 80s it was the "in" thing to have those fitted shaggy throw rugs around the base of the toilets. With 1 man and 5 boys using 1 toilet my mom refused to bow to that trend. Lol. She went with the gold/cream patterned linoleum.

Cow dung? I can't even fathom the reasoning behind that. Cultural differences are fascinating though. We've come a long way in 90 years and yet I'm sure in some far flung corner there are still people using cow dung to polish floors.

We still have a decent number of chapters to plow through so it'll take us close to the end of the year I think. At least you just sit in the Kornerand don't stir up shit. Unlike some of these other hooligans.

Could be possible. There are pups in Europe. They could end up staying there and finding a pack to lead. Maybe in Scotland where Asa can still take care of horses and there's plenty of land for their wolves to run.

Four days. Hmmm....... Traveling all day tomorrow. Too tired on Monday That leaves 1.5 days to knock out roughly 3500ish words, give or take 400-500. Gotta give me and geemeedee at least half a day to edit/beta. Good luck.

Nowadays it's super expensive to do real wood. The house I grew up in had them. Wall to wall carpet was considered a luxury. By the time I was 11 or 12 my mom decided I was old enough to strip, re-wax, and buff my own floors in my bedroom. I still see no value for learning that skill. The stench of the floor stripper...ugh.
