Stacy is a feeder, he loves cooking and good wholesome comfort food is his speciality. Michael was in a bad way, but luckily pneumonia is an illness that can be treated successfully, often in a short space of time if the right treatment is given. I'm happy to see that you are still with us and enjoying the story. The bad guys put themselves in the wrong place at the wrong time and come unstuck when they met their match in Stacy and Michael. They will go away for a long time and won't be able to bother anyone in the neighbourhood. As for others, well it is possible but as most are cowards they will give that locality a wide berth for good length of time. As for the important issue about the car? We will hear more about it but I'm not sure how much as Charlie is busy at the garage and is currently working on a Triumph 2000 TC. We may find out more when Charlie gets to look at it properly. I agree a 1960s Mini Cooper S is something special, they are an easy car to work on too. Maybe Charlie will let us know more soon, or at least what colour it is. Definitely not the only one. I haven't written many deaths but the ones I have written stay with me and I shed a tear when I go back and read them. I'm so bad that an emotional scene with many of my characters can still evoke goosebumps and make me feel emotional again. Many of my stories still make me shed a tear or two, how sad is that?

I love Missy, she is loosely based on a dog we had when I was little and couldn't resist adding her to a story. A bit of excitement can be good and these guy's met their match, the rest just fell into place. I'm glad you like the family and the other characters, especially Janice, she is a rough diamond and very lovable really. It's a great song that helps to describe the road that Harry lives on, there is nothing ticky-tacky there either. The classic Mini Cooper S is a great little car, I had to include it in the story. I take your point about firearms and knives, but here in the UK civilians are not allowed to carry firearms or any weapon, knives were rarely seen but now it appears to be common for thieves to carry them and no the size doesn't matter, any knife can be lethal. In the UK it is a big deal for any weapon, concealed or not, to be carried. It's a difference in culture and something we are not used to in the UK. Missy just wanted a dance partner is all. Janice is one of those people where what you see is what you get, she's the salt of the earth. And I'll do with the sticky tape what I feel is right I have to get my own back.

Stacy loves his martial arts, but not talking about it. He shows great restraint in his moves, he could have inflicted some very serious damage. Michael has been instructed well. He assessed the situation and backed up Stacy with minimum effort. Michael will settle in better given time, he also needs to make his own decisions, which he will, given time. The adrenaline rush may leave Michael feeling a little deflated, it will certainly affect his feelings until it settles allowing him to process everything better. Yes, Michael is happy for his brother, like all younger brothers he wants some of that himself, he needs to give himself time. Gramps could be a good friend and distraction, temporarily at least. Missy is the loving faithful canine friend that every dog owner wants. Janice is the lovable ballsy woman who can be a loyal friend if you can accept her as she is, she isn't about to put on any airs and graces. I have to admit some of the videos connected to the songs are very good and entertaining. Stacy holds a high-ranking belt in Ju-jitsu and is an instructor, as such he will survey a situation and nullify the greatest threat first. Michael is much lower in the rankings and is still learning, he has learned well and followed Stacy's lead perfectly. Both of them did what is expected in martial arts, minimum force for maximum effect. And yes the neighbourhood will be a safer place. I'm glad Harry was in the hospital when the scumbags returned. His home will be safer for his return and he has gained good friends, let's hope it turns out well for him. 🤞 Charlie and Michael are good lads, let's keep our fingers crossed for them too. 🤞 Thank you for the comments, they are appreciated.

It was only briefly touched on and could be easy to overlook. If you want to check the conversation out it was mentioned to Stacy by Charlie after his interview at the garage.
