Hmm, this chapter hits so close to home for me because my husband and I have been watched by a stalker who used our online cameras and cloned our phones to spy on us for the last two years.

So, if course there's gonna be someone sketchy at the resort. Lucca wouldn't be the sharpest pencil in the holder if he sent Corbin and Paul someplace he didn't have influence. @weinerdog, it's funny you said that. As I was writing the rescue scene, I was tempted to have one or more of the poachers confront the teens but that's not what my characters wanted to happen. Don't worry, I'm sure there's more action on the way.

Thank you, @BoyLove. I loved the image of Fabien's embarrassment after accidentally chilling George's bones. It was so cute. I wrote the rescue this morning, and just let my characters guide me with the imagery. They're slowly showing me the loving, tight knit communal family atmosphere that is synonymous with the rural areas of yesteryear. Which I believe something we all need to return to. Life is hard enough without having to worry about backstabbing families and neighbors.

Ok, Corbin with the cute chicks was adorable, with imagery so sweet it could totally rival the sweetness of a chocolate Easter bunny. Also, very nice command of both the cloaky and daggery stuff. Which btw, your cutening of the phrase was incredibly adorable and totally wrecked any bad boy image you were striving for.
