    Chapter 21

I love the ending. Marc has his owm learning curve as a politician's spouse, and the sooner he gets over it, the better.

    Chapter 20

Will's inate sense of fairness comes into play, though I'm a little surprised he hasn't contacted the shadow Minister. Of course, politically, that could be deadly...

    Chapter 19

A not surprising ending, but I like how Will thought about and consulted with his friends before making a decision.

    Chapter 18

Politics An unfortunately necessary evil. I think Will should do it, but he'll never be a rubber stamp for other people's policies.

    Chapter 17

That ending is not good news... But Robert is right about the kiss. If Will was thinking about Marc, the kiss wasn't restarting the old romance.

    Chapter 16

We knew from the story description that this was coming, but it's still stressful...

    Chapter 15

Okay, Andrew is willing to fight to win Will back. But that's going to hurt Marc. There's no way this will be a happily ever after story for all three.

    Chapter 14

Andrew's honest, but is he going to fight? I really don't know...

    Chapter 13

A nice chapter about how the department has been reconfigured. Will is a good manager, including knowing what to let slide.

    Chapter 12

Painful, but still fun. Andrew can't be in the middle, anymore, but he can still be involved. If he wants to be...

    Chapter 11

What can be more romantic than a snow groomer, a packet of chips, and a can of soda?

    Chapter 10

Will, and Avery, are learning the reality of politics: that you can't do everything. There either isn't enough money, or there are legacy reasons why the money can't be spent the way they want.

    Chapter 9

Interesting... I wonder if the media/opposition has picked up on the relationship between the Public Works aide and the developer

    Chapter 8

I like the term Will-sexual. I think Andrew would like the term, too.

    Chapter 7

A surprisingly unstressful encounter between Will and Andrew. They're comfortable with each other, but I can't see the passion they once had.

    Chapter 6

I like how they're evaluating the situation and coming up with options. They're doing their job

    Chapter 5

It's good to see Peter again. I hope he remains a feature of the story.

    Chapter 4

I love the exchanges in the chapter. Marc will almost stumble a few times, but he's already beginning to fit in.

    Chapter 3

A good chapter. Settling in and starting to get things organised. The only stress was Lisa mentioning Andrew, but I think Will is right. He may call Andrew at some stage, but he has Marc, who has to be his personal priority.

    Chapter 2

Will is back to the fun guy from the early books. I'm not sure if Marc is the cause, or simply time, but this makes me happy.

    Chapter 1

Back to Ottawa, where, I believe, a certain ex-boyfriend lives...

    Chapter 39

An appropriate and concise ending to an intriguing story. Thank you!

    Chapter 38

How much was a bluff? They could do what Will said, it was just a case of if they wanted to. Will wouldn't want to, because of the damage it would do to the company, but if the alternative was leaving the company in Bruce's control, why not?

    Chapter 37

There's more of the Major in Will than he maybe willing to admit. Will is planning a military campaign against an enemy, and that enemy doesn't know what Will is capable of doing.

    Chapter 36

I knew Tyrone was going to be involved Now we just need to find out how
