How in the hell could anyone be opposed to an orphanage ?? 🙄
-
Talk about reaching into your heart and giving it a squeeze! Whether the judge approves it or not, Thomas has already adopted Colin and Armand and Pops and Dad as well as Mary as Grandmother. Thomas has a family regardless what is said but, GG will have the last word. ❤️

I would liken Tony's reaction to the village scene to that of PTSD, it was a trigger that brought everything back to him in a flash as if it were happening right then. Hopefully, he will be able to work through his trauma with some help. I wish it were that simple, just sign a piece of paper and all the sudden you're proud papa's. The world would definitely be a less lonely place for so many.

Tony, Tony, Tony ... what the hell?!?! Glad to see Thomas back in the picture. Every great kid needs a home ... and EVERY kid is great, sometimes just have to look a little harder to find it! 🤣

Some places just feel like home ... regardless of the sign over the door referring to "HELL"

I got the impression that Colin was trying to "merchandise" Armand's paintings and the feeling wasn't mutual. Armand definitely got a 'wake-up' when he was told the price his painting fetched. Hopefully a portion, if not all, of those funds went to the International Fund for Wild Animals and not just to someone being entrepreneurial or greedy.

Painting, an emotional endeavor applied to canvas. I'm sure that each painting that Armand does takes a significant emotional investment on his part from a gamut of emotions. Some artists have a very difficult time parting with their works because of that emotional tie and investment. I'm sure the painting from his dreams that Colin wanted for his office took that investment hence the shock, or perceived shock, when Armand found out it was on the pamphlet. One would think Colin would've consulted Armand before authorizing its' use.

Is it just me or is there significant foreshadowing happening regarding a devastating fire? The picture of Thomas on the pier warmed my heart!

Reading this chapter reminded me of the 1986 Steven Spielberg movie 'The Money Pit' with Tom Hanks, Shelley Long, and Alexander Godunov. Before you know it, the front door is falling out, ceiling falling in, closet falling down, and bathtub going through the floor. I think a fire suppression system might be the least of Armand and Colin's worries! 🤣

Armand's and Colin's hearts are very loving and caring and Thomas will find his forever home with them and have Grandmother Mary spoil him rotten. I'm just curious what connection Thomas has with the painting he's sitting in front of - something draws him to it.

A very ODD reaction indeed! Hmmm 🤔

Quite an amazing gift for Teresa and Geno. With that one little mark, they could literally sell it an buy their first mansion.

Always enjoy touring through your stories.

OMG, I so miss the time in Italy - the people, food, atmosphere, everything is just amazing and so felt like I was back there on the piazza enjoying the wine. Now, time to eat! Italian it is! lol

Oh wow, wasn't the 2005 the model that had the logic board issue becoming disconnected and literally, would have to take the board out and bake it in at 175C/350F oven for 7-8 minutes to get everything soldered back? I think that's the model I have and literally no one will work on them because they soon break afterwards again. Tony, if you talk to Cal, you might mention this to him. They recommend to me to back everything up immediately after it got running again and restore it to a new system. Sure enough, just as promised, I followed their instructions and within a week it was DOA again. Lasted 14 years so definitely not complaining ... and the new one is nice!

Is the club about to become The Forum with a colosseum of its own? I have a feeling, when they return home, the club is going to get an extensive make-over with Colin's new ideas.

Sounds like Colin may have a future in architecture ahead of him. Wonder what else Armand has in store for him?

So Cal, @CLJobe I thought I'd try my hand a poetry while you're away. I'm sure you remember HeeHaw as much I do .... Where of where are you tonight, Why have you left us here all alone, I searched the site over and thought I'd found true prose, You took a day off and pfft, you were gone. Hope you're enjoying some relaxing time away while also thinking up new ways Armand and Colin are going to amaze us all in future chapters.

My motto for 2021 - "I’m not a boy who can stick his penis just about anywhere!" 😂
