I love the reaction! I really wanted Cyrus to have such an incredible backstory, but this is only the iceberg. I can't wait for you to finish out this story to see the rest... At least until I start Zombies in the Shadows, the side story/alt-universe I'll create at some point.
I wish more people in this world were like Cyn.
Uh oh. Got a spark of inspiration. Now I gotta take Shea and Cyn to LA. What would our little deer do if he got to go to Hell's Kitchen and watch Gordon Ramsay berate the contestants.
I needed this! I haven't really traveled in life, so many of these details skipped over my head. I'll be keeping this in mind when it comes time to edit this story (up to my current standards).
Having grown up watching rerun western TV shows, I was skeptical about reading such a story.
Well, I reckon I should've read this story sooner. What a beautifully paced story, filled with turns, storms, and a hopeful love that nearly forced me to pull my hair out at times. Boone and Coy are brilliantly crafted characters, and as several have already said, I could read 83 more chapters about them.
Wonderful work as always, Gary.
Leaving things short, considering I have a review to write after this... This was a Lovely and thrilling tale. I'll be coming back to this when I need to read a good ol' western.
I am smiling so hard right now!
Oh... Hang on a minute. 😳
This story is such a delight! Finally, Boone and Coy get everything out in the air. Well, not everything. They'll get in the tent for that.
I might be reading too much of kbois' work as of late. Her cliffies have me forever paranoid.
If I read something about Willard taking a turn for the worse, I'll come back to this comment and scream, "I KNEW IT!"
