    Chapter 8

Good to see both Erith and Blake doing self-exploration.
  2. IkeNeko

    Chapter 7

Clear communication would certainly help them... but it seems with Erith’s problems he might not be able to take care of someone who needs so much attention.

    Chapter 6

I really hate his confusion about it - nice people don’t have sex with children 😢
  4. IkeNeko

    Chapter 5

So they both have difficult pasts and a lot if communication problems which is not surprising at all. It seems these three days are gonna be really difficult...

    Chapter 4

I really have a lot admiration for Erith. I don’t think I’d be able to deal with this as well as he does.

    Chapter 3

I wonder if Blake’s problems with boundaries are related to his past abuse or his regression? I'm really proud of Erith for trying to accommodate Blake despite his own issues.

    Chapter 2

I want to ask about the scar... but maybe I shouldn’t? Erith seems to treat Blake like his baby brother - except those new feelings that just awakened in him. Also I had to check what kind of fish Val is so now I know a new fish species 😂

    Chapter 1

I’m really intrigued by this setup, glad to meet another set of characters and curious what happens. Also not entirely comfortable with autism being called mental illness in the warning.
  9. When I started reading this story I expected an entertaining fantasy adventure with some romance and steam and some traumatic experiences (torture mentioned in the warnings) to maybe add a little drama. I got so much more, though. The story follows three very different characters as narrators, whose lives are bound together by love, chance and friendship - each of them with their own values, beliefs, and goals; each of them having their own very personal voice (and even that in itself is a lot of fun to read). In their adventures they have to make difficult choices challenging their convictions, decisions that may change their lives and sacrifices to achieve their goals. But the most moving part for me was to see them trying to gather themselves up after failures. Yes, it's a fantasy story, but the struggles of the characters - their doubts, their regrets and their determination to push onward against the obstacles resonated strongly with me as I read. Each of the narrators has their own way of coping with things, their feelings very real in response to the problems thrown at them, as they fight to stay true to themselves and what they want to believe in. With chapters being fairly short, and the story pretty addictive, it's very difficult to put it down, as "just one more chapter" always seems like such an easy thing to do. We get some fast-paced, exciting fights, but also some deep philosophical reflection about the nature of good and evil. We get some steamy sex scenes, but also some really moving tokens of love and friendship. We get some surprising twists, but also consistently written characters who are who they are throughout the story, as they slowly develop into more experienced and wiser versions of themselves. It's a very well written story that kept me on the edge of my seat biting my nails, that made me laugh and cry, and that made me hot at the sexual tension, as well as melt at the overwhelming cuteness. The ending is really worth the wait and patiently reading until we get there. And I do hope there will be something more born from this story someday - to give us a glimpse into the future of the characters - even if it's just a-few-scene short stories here and there. Thank you very much @Yeoldebard for writing this treasure! ❤️

    Epilogue

This epilogue is exactly what I wanted l but was afraid to hope for. Thank you so much for this beautiful story - that moved me more times than I’d like to admit. Please give us the story of Amnor Sen and Krem someday ❤️

    Chapter 110

He is certainly the strongest cat I have ever seen - he persevered through everything - Amnor Sen would be proud and just maybe Jeremy’s death was not in vain ❤️
  12. IkeNeko

    Chapter 109

He doesn’t believe in himself but he is already an amazing parent ❤️
  13. IkeNeko

    Chapter 108

Poor cat doesn’t understand the sense of his trials...
  14. IkeNeko

    Chapter 107

Shelyn’s priests are wise ❤️ I'm glad Amnor Sen is better at following advice than Jeremy 😂
  15. IkeNeko

    Chapter 106

The questions of lesser and greater evil return ❤️
  16. IkeNeko

    Puddle Jumpers

Good! Means my work here is done - now I can rest... 🤣
  17. IkeNeko

    Chapter 105

I was really hoping this would happen... since the first time the family was mentioned. Although I already half knew Jeremy wouldn’t be there to see it...
  18. IkeNeko

    Chapter 104

So he again learns that he should trust himself and not anyone else to make his decisions ❤️
  19. IkeNeko

    Davik Nettle

poor angel going hungry? that definitely won't improve his mood either...

    Puddle Jumpers

Hope really has no mercy - even for the poor guys suffering from a heavy hangover. 🤣 And Abapad seemed taken abapack by his sudden demise (sorry that's probably the driest thing I wrote all year 😅) but at least Ramiel gets a free pass for now.

    Davik Nettle

Poor Davik. I really hope they show no mercy to all those bandits! Very powerful scene though. The tensions in the party still on the rise. Maybe the night of hallucinated fun will help them unwind a bit? lol
  22. IkeNeko

    Chapter 103

I’m glad to see Amnor Sen not giving up and trying to raise himself up after the blow. ❤️
  23. IkeNeko

    Chapter 99

Of course it does - but then I am also a willing subject I suppose - I enjoy letting the author lead me astray. I’m not sure if everyone is like that haha
  24. IkeNeko

    Chapter 102

Oh I didn’t think it reflects your views - well not all of them anyway. But it seems this particular one is a view held by many.
  25. IkeNeko

    Chapter 99

Well it’s like you read those chapters and still hold hope - but then Anya dies and then you start realizing there is no way out of that...
