  1. I played dirty once... mainly cos the girl involved was a total erm... *uses many profanities* She would intentionally rub my nose in it as it were... he was Bi and we were good mates... i just liked him a little more. Plus she was a complete slut behind his back. I admit i was ashamed in the end and it all backfired... but I got to the bitch and was happy in doing so, besides she deserved what she got... and i deserved not gettin the guy...
  2. When trying to attract peoples interests I find it helps to ask what they'd like to see done. Maybe hand out questionnaires to current members asking how they enjoyed being a member so far, what they would like to see and what events they would enjoy... then maybe ask the freshmen.

I tend to carry a little notepad where ever i go... just because i can be forgetful and its useful to jot things down... big mistake trying to write ideas for a story down on a weekend trip to amsterdam... half of the stuff didnt make sense... and the rest was aloada drivvle about how hungry i was.
  4. Its very dramatic, hence why people like it... although it may just be the eye candy... I love that time period and studied it both at Alevel and just for fun, and I find it hillarious that the show only has Anne have one miscarriage and the idea that "straw that breaks the camels back" for Henry and Anne is Thomas More's execution... its just a little bit hmm. although the dramatisation is similar to Philippa Greggory's The Other Boleyn Girl... got to love that book. Bit on teh Duke of Suffolk Same, I read Antonia Fraser's biography on her and it totally makes you feel there the way everythings described... everyone dresssed way more ellegantly back then - *pouts* I think sweat pants and a t are so boring.

    ditto
  6. Love or Hate it? discuss I think it's brilliant, really a good way to open up a period of history to people... even if it is a little inaccurate and overly raunchy... though... i aint complaining
  7. What would make it easier is if people had like a code... "I'm going to kiss you on the cheek in a friendly manner" = tilting the head to the right "I'm going to full on make out with you cos i want you in my bed" = tilting the head to the left pretty simple... unless of course you get your lefts and rights confused... in which case it'd be worse... woops lol  I guess were all forever doomed to embarressing fumbling and headbanging... not in the slipknot kinda way...
  8. My mum's greek so it's kind of a given... especially when visiting distant relatives, the double cheeked kiss as a form of greeting is must. When i was younger it used to scare the hell out of me though lol. Even now when it's someone I don't know very well I can be unsure and make a fool out of myself... I'm even worse in the dating situation though... I once ended up with a slight nose bleed and a devasted ego... he moved into kiss me... i thought he was just hugging me goodbye... it was horrid as for the kissing friends... well me and a few of my girl mates have ended up drunk kissing in clubs... new years was probably the funniest... we agreed that if we didnt pull before 12 we'd kiss each other... the clock stuck 12 we kissed and tehn some guy i'd been making eyes at all evening gave me a scowl... woops

English summer sucks! especially with the whole looming climate change scare... it's fairly obvious that the weather has changed... but yea it was actually chilly today... i had to put the central heating on :| again i wish i had the problem of my room getting too hot... lol It's a good job i just fitted my new room with a mortice lock bwaha I may actually get something done now.
  10. Hahaha, well i have these bouts whereby i kind of turn into a psycho... almost like bree from desperate housewives... so if you provide the marigolds and stick the kettle on ill come and do the dusting oooh entropy ewww! reminds me of A-level Chemistry
  11. Ive been a total cinderella today, (MY GOD! that's a cliche) but seriously scrubbbed the whole house top to bottom, just put the kettle on, who fancies a cuppa?
  12. Sweet, you cant beat a lil live music, the main stage on saturday was AWESOME... im not even sure who the DJ was... but i loved it! I dont think it was very explicit... although one of the floats had a few rather nicely toned guys with erm... tighty whiteys... that left nothing to the imagination... but there were lots of families out in the day... my mum and aunt came with me, had a fantastic time. only problem really was with my aunt, she's disabled and people just kept pushing past... i kind of lost my rag in the end and started shouting at everyone to get out of my way... (not as politely as i could have been i might add) turns out there was a special area for disabled people to view the stage... we just didnt find out until 5 minutes before she went home lol.
  13. Hahaha indeed! however I shall not go into drunken mishaps... I doubt it's appropriate... simply put, I Love this picture!
  14. I loved it, it was my first pride so it was an experience to say the least... if not a little scary at first... the crowds were terrible! I ventured down on Friday and danced on tables, Saturday and crawled home at 5am. and today? well today i slept lol. think i'll go again tommorrow, definately for the HIV awareness vigile. but all in all it was brilliant... barring of course the drugs and crowds
  15. Don't think I phrased that very well... I meant being it was salacious, which in all fairness... everything in today's media is... I personally don't see what the problem would be... but again "groups" may see reason... dont know why... there again there will always be someone with a gripe about something... I dont like sociopolitical issues, especially in todays overly PC world... i think everyone should just get tits over arse drunk and forget about it
  16. I love the song, not sure if it's promoting Gay rights, or just using it as a shock factor, but the tunes good....
  17. LOL i love the idea of a "to read list" just hate putting it to practice, I kind of decided to buy all the books on my list earlier this year... i've barely made a dint in teh pile.. well i say pile... i mean boookCASE!
  18. M.J.Pearson's - The Price of Temptation it's set in Georgian england and i love it...
  19. It's gonna be awesome. just noticed your name thingy.... and i cant wait for the sequel!
  20. Hahaha yea they are just that large... she'll kill me if she hears that ive been discussing her erm... anatomy. and cheers
  21. LOL well they are rather large... i think i was pointing at her in general... just had no aim with my inebreated state Cheers Kevin well my fevers gone, and i no longer have the sweats, THANK GOD! i was running out of bed sheets. still a bit of a tingle but the penicillin should fix that right up Mike
  22. LOL tell me about it... i once got offered ketamine... kind of through a fit/tantrum... something along the lines of "DO I LOOK LIKE I WANT THAT ****" I cant wait... this is my first pride, the whole families following me down... should be a laugh lol
  23. If there is anyone out there Britain or further afield who'll be going to Manchester Gay Pride this coming weekend it'd be if we could get a group from GA.... just a thought
  24. so thats a bad pic, sorry guys, here ya go again i think i was probably a lil tipsy... im camera shy sober I think they're both a year-ish old... I'd take one now... but I had a Meningitis scare earlier this week, thankfully it was just a "severe" case of tonsilitis but yea I'm still a little messy lol
  25. I hope you're all happy... its nearly 4am here it took that long to read through the topid lol but what the hey... here ya'll go... yea i was kinda drunk...
