I seriously didn't intentionally copied it, I'm really sorry if it seems that way and promise me and Michi will change this chapter. The story I was inspired by had those characters names yes, but it was posted on a different site by someone who changed the title and was pretending that they are the author. Edit: It's completely overworked and rewritten now. Hope you enjoy. And sorry again that it was so closely worded as the other story.

The sequel should be finished in around a month or two. It will be slightly darker but nothing to bad. Also I'm writing it while in a much clearer mental state so it will be more thought through and slower passed to give the characters more time to develop.

Btw for all who are interested, the work on the kinda sequel is going well. It won't have Caden and Ludwig as the main characters but they will be there and have a significant role in what's happening. All I can say so far is Julius is a bastard and Sam is royally fucked.

Yes the holy Roman empire fell apart a little bit over 200 years ago but Ludwig was actually a king in the early years of the empire, so he is much older then it first appears (and yes I may have forgotten to clarify it in the story 😓)

Well Ludwig isn't particularly a terrifying monster either but I'm working on a kinda sequel of this story and the main vampire in that has definitely a less friendly personality 😏.

A manic episode (I miss spelled it) is a bit hard to explain, because it's kinda different for everyone. But it's basically a phase were you feel like you are on drugs, even though you took none. It's a part of a bipolar disorder and the symptoms are mostly restlessness, insomnia, impulse behavior, irritation and grandeur (till the point of full on delusion). So yeah it's not fun at all. Thirdly even had to talk me out of joining a hippie commune 😅. Oh I haven't seen the movie yet, definitely have to watch it. And if Caden will become a version of Ranfield.... 🤐. Let me just say Caden is not gonna back down that easily...

I don't know who Cia is. I just wrote whatever came to my mind, without really caring for chapter length or anything really, to be honest. The story was mostly meant to entertain Thirdly and to force me to focus on something while I was slipping into a manic episode. Yes both characters aren't particularly cunning or bright, though Ludwig is slightly more intelligent then Caden 😆.
