I am a non-native speaker who heavily relies on ChatGPT for translation, and my proficiency is probably far from this level of fluency. Due to the severe decline in the Chinese-reading population, I have to find my own way forward. Moreover, since my subject matter is clearly not publishable on platforms managed by the People's Republic of China, I can only try English-based platforms.

There are certain specialized pieces of equipment that can render the wearer immune to the abilities of psychics. However, due to their extreme rarity, very few individuals possess them. All Senate wolves are potential targets, but at the moment, only the brothers from the Snow faction meet the specific criteria needed for this particular objective. That said, if necessary, any Senate wolf would suffice. The kidnappers fled in terror at the sight of Qana, so Winter Chill had no chance to be used this time. Explanation partial mechanismof complete adamantine weapons: Haha, sorry—my English skills aren’t that good, and 3,000 words of proofreading per day is about my limit. Thank you for your support! I’ll do my best to maintain both pace and quality!

The good news is that Qana's arrival left them with no choice but to flee. Without a massive, fully equipped army armed with specialized weapons, taking on Qana would be impossible.

Richter's perspective will never reveal the full picture or absolute truth of events. There are countless fragmented clues, and piecing them together is challenging—but not impossible. The true nature of this incident will only be uncovered in the independent stories of the other two characters .

Unexpectedly, I slept deeply. Maybe... some things from the past have finally returned to where they truly belong. I didn't even hear the sharp screams in my ears. No, perhaps I simply didn't care. Is this what it means to be cold? So, this is who I am. Oh well, as if I really cared. I opened my eyes and found a pair of deep blue, worried wolf eyes staring back at me. "Hey, kid," he said, feigning nonchalance, with a hint of a smile at the corner of his mouth. "How

For a moment, I didn't realize what I had done. It's not that I was unaware of the consequences--I knew exactly what would happen. I chose their deaths to prevent Piqsirpoq from meeting a similar fate. But... what I hadn't anticipated was the surge of emotions. Qana never mentioned it, but I should have guessed. It was something like a death tremor or a dying scream, resonating clearly through the conscious domain. All the waves were too weak to cause any effect in the physical sp

Sorry, "several" might not have been the best choice earlier—Richter has already taken down most of the kidnappers. But there's still a tough fight ahead, so let's wait and see!

Resonance: When frequencies align, they resonate with each other. I was alone in the vast darkness, illuminated by a single light. Under it, I danced alone, pouring my entire being into each movement. Every breath, every gesture was a desperate struggle, a furious effort to rise and whirl, embodying the frantic fight for survival. Air currents sliced across my skin, brushing against every tiny hair, while my center of gravity shifted with each new pose. There was an unstoppable, cri

Chapter 6 - Air Conditioning and Barbarians 6.4
RedMoon commented on RedMoon's story chapter in Chapter 6 - Air Conditioning and Barbarians 6.4
Taking care of two teenage girls must be exhausting. But I believe that once you get through this stage, everything will go smoothly—at least, that's what I've heard! I wish I had ears and a tail I could move—or better yet, if the whole world had them. That would be adorable. -
Phantom: That... was something that had gazed back from the abyss. "Oww!" Luther let out a yelp as I jabbed the blood drawn needle into his forearm. "Don't be so dramatic." The green ring at the top of the blood collection tube lit up, indicating we had enough of a sample. "Quit acting like a puppy." I removed the glass tube and gave it a quick shake to mix the sample with the anticoagulant. "You just suck at this!" Luther grumbled, frowning as he used his willpower to close th

Chapter 6 - Air Conditioning and Barbarians 6.4
RedMoon commented on RedMoon's story chapter in Chapter 6 - Air Conditioning and Barbarians 6.4
Since the next section belongs to a future chapter, I’m sorry, but the answer will have to wait until the day after tomorrow. Please allow me to keep the suspense, as some aspects of the worldbuilding need to be explained in the upcoming chapters first. -

"...Two thousand years have passed, and yet the off-target effects of gene editing tools remain unresolved. The most advanced technology we have today is the Federation's nanodrone system, but even that requires an original template to function," Master Faurik paced slowly back and forth on the podium, his tail swaying with each step. "This is yet another piece of evidence that reveals to us just how profound and unfathomable the mysteries of Rationalism truly are, far beyond the scope of our un- 8 comments

RedMoon posted new chapter in Storm Wolf: Tranquil waters
As the dawn broke over the distant horizon, a series of crimson hues painted the sky, blending gradually into the blue as they stretched upwards. High above, where the clouds intercepted the golden rays, the light refracted through ice crystals, creating a faintly visible halo of seven radiant colors. I hung from the metal rod protruding from the balcony, taking in the stunning view. It would be too bright soon, so I let go with my left hand, retrieving a pair of dark-tinted goggles from my- 8 comments

Chapter 6 - Air Conditioning and Barbarians 6.2
RedMoon commented on RedMoon's story chapter in Chapter 6 - Air Conditioning and Barbarians 6.2
Sorry for keeping the truth about "they/them" under wraps for so long. In reality, knowing this group's purpose and other details won’t significantly impact the plot. So if you’re really eager to find out in advance, feel free to leave a comment below, and I can explain it now. However, for the sake of narrative consistency, Richter will still need some time before he discovers who "they/them" really are. Qana is aware of the true nature of "they/them" as well as certain truths about Richter, which is why he doesn’t want them to come into contact. Even though Qana fully understands that this effort is futile (since the plot will inevitably lead Richter to encounter "they/them" in the end), he still tries his best to prevent it. Because of this, whenever Richter shows interest in "they/them," Qana becomes unusually irritable, making Richter hesitant to ask further questions. -

RedMoon posted new chapter in Storm Wolf: Tranquil waters
The icy, bone-chilling pain jolted me awake. I sat up abruptly, gasping for breath. Instinctively, I touched my right shoulder and found the wound had healed. There wasn't even a scar or any sign of tissue regrowth on my skin. Only the severed fur and the gaping tear in my snow jacket served as proof that a broad sword had once sliced through there. "Is it really necessary to make such a mess every time?" I flexed the joints in my right hand, making sure there were no lingering effects- 8 comments

Chapter 6 - Air Conditioning and Barbarians 6.1
RedMoon commented on RedMoon's story chapter in Chapter 6 - Air Conditioning and Barbarians 6.1
I believe Richter would like that, and I’m sure that if there were a blue-eyed, white-furred, two-meter-tall wolf with biceps the size of bowling balls in the role of Master Po, he would agree as well.
