As soon as I passed the last row of tall, dark green plants, I would reach the border between our area and the fourth production team. At this time of year, wheat should be growing here. I could still recall the last wheat harvest season--endless golden fields and the scent of hay permeating the air. I had helped out a few times back then, assisting in repairing faulty harvesting drones, and was invited to join the lively nighttime celebration, where I tasted the famed Texas whiskey for the

Yes, Adam was also executed by the method called hanged, drawn, and quartered. This journey will be bloody and long—let’s see it through together! -
The surroundings were incredibly quiet. It wasn't the kind of silence that comes from the absence of sound, but rather the kind where the air itself seemed to have solidified into a stifling stillness. I could clearly hear the rapid breathing and anxious heartbeats of those beside me. The square was close to the warehouse where fertilizer was stored, so the peculiar stench--mixed with the fermenting sweat--created a subtle yet distinct atmosphere. Most of the time, it symbolized hard w

It might have been because of the recent rain, but the sky seemed a little bluer than I remembered. Lifting my snout to the breeze, I inhaled the crisp chill of early spring on Gaia. I could still distinctly pick up that faintly fishy stench mixed into the cold air. Along with many other subtle, familiar scents, it was the ash and particles carried from the far side of the continent by the prevailing winds. I opened my mouth, wanting to say something to bring this moment to a close, bu

Chapter 5 The Pale Blue Dot
RedMoon commented on RedMoon's story chapter in Chapter 5 The Pale Blue Dot
Oh, I see now, thank you! Plurals have always been tricky for me! It’s a shame that Richter wouldn’t showcase his abilities in front of Luther at this point; otherwise, I could argue that the coffee was just floating in the air. -

Are you referring to this paragraph? I might need a clearer explanation to understand. So, is it because the narration is unclear or confusing, making it hard for you to visualize the scene? Or is it that the overall arrangement of the scene seems unreasonable? Or is it that I didn't describe the state when the drone detaches from the ship's surface and assembles properly? If it's the latter, I might be able to provide some reference material to help visualize the scene: or However, the second video is closer to the situation during the Battle of Midway. I will try to organize my description again, thank you for the reminder! -
Chapter 6 Curtain Up - FIN

Well, I think there are a few reasonable explanations: 1. Piqsirpoq is a hypocrite. 2. Piqsirpoq and Richter's Academy life went through some significant turning points. 3. Piqsirpoq hates Luther with a passion. -

The answers to these two questions are related, but I'm afraid the answers will raise even more questions. I can tell you the answer to the first question, but the full explanation can only be pieced together throughout the entire story. The upcoming Sigma Squad will provide clues from the perspective of other characters, showing the battle that led to Richter's death. In any case, the person who killed Richter was Master Takahashi provides a simple explanation in Storm Wolf 10.2. Based on Richter's account after encountering the entity that Luther met during their spacewalk, we know a few things: Sol is currently blocked off, and the Phantom is the guard, preventing any existence from leaving. The Council has devised an entire script, meant to allow everyone to pass a certain trial, known as the "final reckoning." According to the rules they were given, the Council believes that if one passes, the blockade will be lifted, and everyone will be allowed to continue exploring outward. Richter plays a very important role in this, as he mentioned that he is a kind of sacrificial offering, which will be explained in book 2. After Richter's death, Luther is now the only known entity capable of fulfilling this role, so the Council has no choice but to allow Luther to do whatever he wishes. Yes, the final five protagonists will form a team to save the world together. -
Tohru the muntjac Through a slight haze, I opened my eyes, still a bit unaccustomed to the morning light. The spectrum of this white glow was different, not quite the same as the one on Ares. The delicate touch of fur against my fingertips reminded me of the details from last night. The memory made my cheeks flush with heat. I rolled over and wrapped my arms around Jack's firm, muscular body, burying my face into the sleek, black fur. His massive, sharp white fangs, warm and damp

Based on what is currently known, it appears to be an intelligent lifeform far more advanced in every aspect than the inhabitants of Sol. The Council believes it plays a role similar to that of an arbiter, determining whether a species is qualified to join the greater cosmic community. During the first contact thousands of years ago, they informed the Council about the preliminary rules regarding psychic abilities, Phantoms, adamantine, and the blockade. This prompted the Council to devise the entire script leading to the final reckoning. -
"Black alert warning, entering Gaia buffer zone in ten minutes..." I glanced at the green jelly and the pink goo, and a thought began to form. "You know..." I covered the dish back up, activated the magnetic feature on the table, and pushed the utensils aside. "I actually wanted to start with an appetizer." I forced myself to suppress a smile and the blood rushing to my ears, sitting at the table with my paws behind me. Richter tilted his head, giving me a questioning look with his dee

The makeshift courtroom reeked of urine and a certain acidic stench, like vomit left to ferment. I suspected it came from the drunkard standing in front of me. Then again, maybe the noble always smelled like this--I wouldn't know, having never been close to one before. I glanced at the few pedigreed dogs sitting on the judge's bench, pondering the possibility. Did they sniff each other's butts just as we mutts did, or was that something reserved for us lower breeds? "Next," the ph

I'm glad you noticed this! If that fight refers to the Dance chapter in Storm Wolf, then no, that's not the case. Richter was gravely injured during that event, which later triggered a series of incidents, including Luther's punishment. Chronologically, the Dance chapter occurs before the Time Crystal chapter. We'll explore the battle that ultimately leads to Richter's death in later installments of the series. I'll keep thinking about how to make these timeline jumps flow more smoothly. I'm glad you enjoyed that part of the story. The action was quite complex, so I wasn’t entirely sure if I managed to portray it correctly.

Apologies for the confusion, please allow me to briefly explain the situation. At this point in time, Richter has been dead for ten years, so the person chatting with Jack at the bar initially is someone else. The clue to his identity lies in the drink they ordered, which was referenced once in Jack London mentioned that his father is John London, who appeared in Storm Wolf Chapter 5.2. Jack London himself is a very powerful psychic, able to perceive the world's vibrations as a substitute for sight—he lost his vision as a child due to a neurological condition. When his roommate of six years moved out, he mentioned that Jack's eyes were actually red, indicating that Jack's psychic abilities are in a constantly active state. Jack eventually passed out due to the effects of alcohol, with the process subtly unfolding—impulsive decisions, a rising body temperature, and finally, loss of consciousness. As for who wakes up alongside him, that will be explained in the story later, though it should be fairly easy to guess. And the one who parkoured with Jack until the very end was

Yes, that's correct. This is also the reason why Jack eventually passed out.

I ran my fingertip over the small, constantly shifting dots on the terminal, reading the words filled with ornate imagery and hidden meanings. Some seemed to reference ancient names and figures, while others were related to plants. I thought that by analyzing the recipes, places of origin, and specific terms related to the process, I might uncover something intriguing--I could almost smell the potential for a major discovery. "Long Island Iced Tea," I said to the bartender, lest him really
