They have six years to consider, so they decided to wait and see. -
Having just gone through the ordeal with Master Sunflare, I really didn't feel like seeking out another dragon right away, but it seemed I had no choice, and breaking an appointment would be incredibly rude. The sliding door panel displayed a default green light for clearance, so I let myself in. If Master Sunflare's office resembled a lair, then Master Field's office was truly a lair. It wasn't just my overactive imagination or some stereotype at play; there were gems scattered e

Chapter 10 - Cirrus clouds 10.1
RedMoon commented on RedMoon's story chapter in Chapter 10 - Cirrus clouds 10.1
We will introduce the four candidates in the next two paragraphs! -
I followed the path displayed on the terminal screen, choosing the correct corridor. Why doesn't the Senate have apps like this? Is it because every other wolf has perfect navigation skills except for me? I sighed, trying to shake off the annoying thought while contemplating the scope of universal design. Standing in front of a sliding door that didn't look special in any way, I glanced down at both ends of the hallway and saw no one. Alright, here's my first stop. The c

Cirrus clouds: ever-changing and fleeting I dreamed of endless darkness. Is it possible, if a dream is utterly empty, that it still counts as dreaming? Then again, considering I'm pondering a philosophical question in a dream, seeing nothing but darkness doesn't seem so strange, does it? But, was I really dreaming? Even before I understood I was a psychic, these vivid dreams played out every deep night. I never remembered the details, nor did I connect them with my ab

This was partly Richter's responsibility—an oversight born from his overwhelming strength. He had never needed to face situations that could truly endanger him. One key factor in triggering the passive defense circle is the host’s subjective perception of harm. Because of this, it typically does not activate against those the host trusts. However, Richter’s definition of trust makes this issue even more severe. He believes that even if he were to be harmed, he should endure it for the sake of trust. This was something Qana had always warned him about. Unfortunately, this time, the accident resulted in adamantine piercing Richter’s body, preventing him from healing himself. That’s why the situation escalated into a near-fatal incident.

Dance: The World is a stage, and life dances with all Its might. The air roared, vibrating with the rise and fall of waves, punctuated by the sound of slicing wind and crackling static. Every hair on my body stood on end as the gas molecules around us ionized under the pressure of our will, occasionally releasing visible arcs of electricity. My crimson coat billowed with my movements, rustling in strange directions and angles. In this field shaped by such a powerful, fused cons

I'll do my best to maintain a consistent standard! The entire series will still take quite some time to be fully released, but I hope you'll continue to look forward to it!
-
He'll figure out a way in the end! But young people should take the chance to venture out and explore this strange new world!

Always stay vigilant!

"Dragons are born to fly in the sky." I softly recited, touching the photo of my mother stuck next to the instrument panel. She disliked being photographed because our family's unique scale structure reflected nearly all wavelengths of light, making it difficult to take good pictures. But she still smiled brightly for me, her yellow-green scales shimmering like a rainbow. "Are you already preparing your famous quote for posterity?" Serene’s voice came from the chip next to my ear, the jokin

I miss our puppy too, but it will be a very long time before he makes another appearance.

Back in my dorm room, I spent some time figuring out how to sync my personal device with the desktop terminal. In the end, all I had to do was place the black rectangular panel on the desk and scan my biometrics. Easy enough. I then spent the entire afternoon filling out forms, answering all sorts of questions ranging from "Any potential unregistered allergies or medical conditions?" to "Have you ever entered 'Tel'aran'rhiod'?" They were... pretty thorough. Only one section remained: "

I believe it will happen in the end, but it will be a very long journey.

The cafeteria was very plain, nothing special about it. Where exactly was all the council's budget going? "What are you having?" Kotetsu senpai sat down and asked us, "I'll go place the order." "Angus ribeye, medium rare," I blurted out, not realizing just how much I missed the taste. The border collie snorted with laughter, quickly covering his snout with his paws, though he still couldn't suppress the occasional gasping sound. Kotetsu senpai shot him an annoyed glance before tur

"Pale Blue Dot" is a collection of six short stories that introduce the five main characters of "I," a long dystopian sci-fi novel featuring anthropomorphic characters. Before the main series begins, these spin-offs will establish the world and prequels will introduce the characters, leading up to the serialization.

The towering smokestacks of the sulfate combustion plant pierced the sky, emitting thick, billowing smoke as usual. The red warning light at its top flashed, reflecting alongside the sparse stars on the transparent dome, creating several bright spots. Rumor has it that once Gaia-forming is complete, the curtain dome will come down, and we'll be able to gaze at the night sky directly from the surface of the red planet. Of course, by then, it won't be a red planet anymore, and besides, I won'

Transparent Beneath the dome, above the red planet, between the stars. The muntjac, tiny and inconspicuous even among other deer, has a taste that is horrifying for an herbivore. Trapped beneath a transparent dome that reflects a false sky, will he ever get a chance to see the real stars? Fly Soaring through the storm, glimpsing the world beyond the mist. A unique dragon, Fearless, achieving feats beyond the reach of ordinary beings. Creating greatness, discovering a new world.

I waved to Kotetsu senpai, and he responded with the same gesture to welcome us. I noticed a border collie standing beside him, his black fur concentrated around the eyes and ears, forming a white streak down the middle of its forehead. "Hemp England," he introduced himself first, pressing his palm to his chest in the manner of nobility but without lowering his head. "Just call me Hemp." "Richter," I responded in the same manner, lowering my ears and gaze. Out of the corner of my eye,

Sorry, everyone—my laptop broke down, so I’m temporarily using a backup computer. However, its performance and file access limitations make it impossible for me to continue working on the novel for now. As a result, updates will likely be paused for a few days. I’ll resume serialization as soon as my laptop is repaired. Thank you all for your understanding!

Richter is a good kid—he always cleans up the mess he causes. Yes, they will eventually become friends. Well, after everything he’s been through, I think Richter deserves some rest. We’ll get to the training part later in book 2~

Yes, no one was prepared to welcome a member of this caliber—Richter is going to stir up a storm!

He will remember this lesson forever! Being frozen mid-air, unable to move for hours, is certainly an unforgettable experience. You're thinking in the right direction! He did see that image, but what truly terrified him in the end was something even more horrifying.

Shards of the transparent cube scattered in every direction. Many shattered further upon hitting my passive defensive circle, while others were intercepted with a sharp sound, indicating they had been blocked by some sort of barrier. Releasing my consciousness, along with the adamantine in my hand, I checked myself for injuries. Pressing my palm to ease the ache, I felt relieved that this reckless move hadn't caused any serious consequences. A projection appeared before me, displaying
