Midlife crisis or not, this story could be told/lived by countless men who are searching to find themselves amongst the noise of the world around them. Thank you for the truths found in these three parts of the Jesse's tale. This story is not only about a straight man. It's all men. Our needs and realities are often at odds. Jesse's statement about needing a space of his own and the final scene in his bathroom are played out in many households. I felt the sex and heat portrayed between Jesse and Terrell was honest and satisfying. While you wrote a beautiful story in three parts, I would love to know what adventures are in store for the future inhabitants of Mantown. I'd love to visit....

Quite a variety of responses to this chapter. It is interesting to see where the connections are for different readers. Nothing in this chapter made me think of Lyssa at all. I was caught up in the opening of Jesse's mind and emotions to being with a man. His need is so intense that even though his mind is questioning his actions, he is forging ahead full of steam. I admire that and am so attracted to it. The fact that he is with Terrell, a gay black man, shows conviction on his part to really break through his revelations. It doesn't hurt that Terrell has had a thing for Jesse. A great introduction in man on man sex. They both have skin in the game. Love this chapter and cannot wait to see where it goes next. I hope it's all the way. 😈🔥

Neil is such a caring soul. I love the way he is developing into a caring partner for Alex. I love them as a couple.

Neil and Alex are relaxing into their relationship and with other people. It's extremely interesting to watch especially for those of us not really familiar with UK culture and language. I'm learning and loving it more and more with each chapter. Thank you!

I am enjoying the ease of this story. The characters are interesting and compelling. The pace feels right. Not every couple has to face dire drama at every turn. Love Neil and Alex!!

As an older man who wants to be fit, I am encouraged through Henry. Nico is the kind of trainer that makes it possible for older men to see themselves through someone else's eyes. Ivo and Nico make a great pair in the business sense. Wouldn't it be interesting to see if there is chemistry between the three of them? I'm rooting for Henry.

As I have gotten older, I have fantasized about men's feet. I am now 72. Watching the feet of men in sandals, flip flops and barefoot. Looking at the shape and muscularity, the sensualness and strength. I've kissed, licked and touched the feet, and sucked the toes of a few beautiful specimens as they have become an act of worship during sex. The attraction so strong that I am compelled to savor them with as many senses as I could muster. This story operates at another level. The power dynamic expresses a need that I do not have. Reading the words of this story took me to a place of imagining myself inside Lorenzo looking to find what compels him to worship Mihai in such a way. I will reread this story looking for the clues of serving at this level.

A well written coming out story of a young man who has never been allowed to think for himself because he is full of fear and self doubt growing up in a very conservative and narrow existence. With the help of his best friend, who has secrets of her own, he discovers the world that exists beyond his fears of discovery. Great characters, excellent writing and a compelling story that takes you on an emotional rollercoaster, this tale of Owen will keep you reading with anticipation and routing for his freedom.

Such a joy to read and each chapter takes us deeper into the lives of Alex and Neil. I'm looking forward to the next chapter.

What a great story. There was so much heart in this story. Not all of us have positive coming out stories. In my own personal one, I decided to leave rather than go through the uncertainties that stifled Owen. I did have to make choices, contrary to family, that put me out there on my own. The character of Owen reflects the lives of so many. I saw elements of my own family in those around Owen. It was hard reading about his doubts and watching him make mistakes. It wasn't a certain that it was a happy ending we were moving towards. Should it be or should it be realistic? I'm happy to have gotten both. @mastershakeme your wrote this story brilliantly. It captured us from the beginning. I don't think that those of us who have followed these twists and turns would be adverse to reading a sequel. There is much to explore in the story of Owen and Ryder. We're there for you no matter your choice. Thanks!!

This is the story of one young man who pledges a fraternity and at the same time lives his wildest dreams. Loved every minute of it. Go ahead...indulge!

Always happy to catch with these two....I really enjoy the honesty and discovery between them.

I enjoyed this adventure. It truly matched my wildest expectations of life in a frat house. It can't just be beer, pizza and sports on tv. Thanks for your writing and I look forward to reading more.

At first I thought that VBS and the children would be a torture for Owen. @mastershakeme you masterfully use them to be the sages of this story. Out of the mouth of babes...truth in all of its forms. Brilliant. I experienced 40 years of their wisdom and love. I was blessed and many of them are still in my life in many different ways and memories.

I've been thinking Six Feet Under since I started reading this story, because of the funeral home and the brother, David, who was living in the closet as the perfect son to take over the family business. Loved this show, the actors and the writing. I certainly recommend it to those not adverse to watching series programming.

I so agree. The direction of this story feels so familiar to me. I grew up in a family where my grandfather was a minister not a mortician. I was smart and everyone decided I would be the one to pin the hopes of having a doctor in the family. Fast forward to college. After starting PreMed, I switched to my love of the theatre as a major. The family got over it eventually. Then there is my sexuality. We never dealt with it. I simply never moved back home after college. We still haven't talked about it. Love this story and the way you are telling it. Eager to see how it develops.
