Once again, another masterfully crafted chapter thoroughly tugging at the heartstrings 💞 By the way, the rain scene between Julian & Mark was DEEPLY emotional, beautiful and gave me gay "Notebook" realness 🤭😁

Well, I anticipated a time jump but that was quite the jump (10yrs). I was hoping we'd at least see Julian confront his father and finally hold his own. Although, we can infer some form of confrontation occurred if we read carefully between the lines. I'm anxiously holding my breath and crossing fingers 🤞🏽 Really hoping we find Mark is with Julian in their bed in the next chapter. But somehow I believe we'll see the man with Julian is his husband. Unfortunately, not Mark. Trying my best not to read too much into one of tags on this story bittersweet. Praying I'm wrong🙏🏼

Pretty good chapter. They finally had sex and it was hot. but IMO, could've been hotter. The sex scene felt rushed with very little or limited description; not enough to get into it 🤷🏼‍♂️ Hoping sex scenes get more intense and descriptive in upcoming chapters 🤞🏽🙏🏼

Well done once again @CasualWanderer82. What a turning point chapter for both Nora and Daniel. Can’t say I’m surprised really. Love the way Nora handled the realization of the end of their marriage with grace, love and understanding. Beautiful actually 💞 I can see the love between Nora and Alec growing quickly into something strong and deep. I can also see one of @CasualWanderer82 ‘s time-jumps (ex. “5 years later…”) to show how their love story morphs into something special over time – marriage, kids? 🤷🏼‍♂️ Also, while I like the heat between Max and Daniel, I don’t think they’re end game for each. They’re enjoying each other and having fun for sure. And although Max has professed his love for Daniel multiple times, I don’t think Daniel feels the same. Truthfully, I think Daniel’s heart is elsewhere (Malik ?). For me, Daniel and Max together is too obvious; too “on the nose” if you will. As we’ve seen, @CasualWanderer82 doesn’t do obvious 😊 I feel a twist coming up. Btw, judging from the other commenters, I may be alone in this, but I’m still team Daniel + Malik. While I agree with @Cane23 's comment in the previous chapter – “Malik was the catalyst” – I respectfully disagree with the assertion that Malik is not the “destination” for Daniel. I think for Daniel, Malik represents many life-altering emotions, not least of which is breaking open closed doors, the transformative experience of exposing his true self and being fully seen. When all is said and done, I think Daniel will ultimately find Malik and come full circle with the man / catalyst who changed his life. Here’s to wishful thinking/hoping 🙏🏼🤞🏽

Really. Uummm...was this the end of the story? If so, felt kind of rushed and incomplete 🤷🏼‍♂️ Bit of a let down actually

Hope you had a restful hiatus and fully recharged your creative juices💦😉 I was super thrilled to see this HOT, honest and scorching chapter update - what a pleasant surprise! I see and get the references to Daniel's off-the-walls experience with Malik throughout this chapter. Hoping these are small breadcrumbs / foreshadowing of things to come in upcoming chapters between those two🤞🏽🙏🏼 Their chemistry burned hot like molten lava and one which (I hope) Daniel will crave over and over again with deep hunger 🤤 I love the following last line of this chapter. It captures the honesty of Daniel's journey and the struggle of finally opening the door to his true self. "And somewhere inside Daniel Beaumont, in a room where the furniture had been covered for years, the sheets came off, and the light came in, and the dust rose like small, bright things set free." As always, well done. But not surprised. The master wordsmith provided yet another masterpiece! 👏🏼 Your biggest fan anxiously awaits the next scorching chapter update. 🫶🏼
