EVERY single time there was a happy ending of a book, the next book opened up in near disaster. . Can't wait for the next story Thank you Mark and Team for keeping me entertained.

Don't forget the Half brothers (sister maybe?) from his bio-mom's side in millennium. Secondly: how is it that the writer himself forgot about where his characters are at

Something simple like: "The Day After" or maybe "Threads"... Or maybe go with the rebooting thing and call it "CAP 2002"

We have not seen Alejandro in some time but Brad did speak to him briefly on the phone in Millennium when he told Brad to get Stef's boat to Mexico.

I can finally post my review to chapter 71. I have NO sympathy for Matt. He has known since chapter 66 he was in danger of loosing Wade and has done nothing to improve on that. Yes, it has been only 3 days story wise but come on. JP and Frank both told Matt he is going to lose Wade if he did not change. This is typical Matt being disconnected from reality: From chapter 70: Well Matt, WTF is your idea of being less extreme? You knew again you were going to lose Wade and only in chapt 71 you say "I got to do something". Enough of analyzing Matt... My favorite lines -> Darius and Will: The door opened and Darius peeked in. “You’re not beating off, are you?” “Not yet. Why? Wanna watch?” Tiffany: “It would be nice if you idiots could give me a little more notice before leaving,” she snapped. JJ and Will: JJ looked at me and raised an eyebrow. “Seriously?” He saw me glare at that comment. “I thought you guys were just friends.” “We’re good for each other,” I said simply. “How? And don’t tell me all about the gross sex parts.” “You’re getting to be as uptight as Darius,” I joked. “I need someone to help me deal with all this shit, and he needs someone to prop him up.”

It's like I read this chapter before! Matt still has no clue and still refuses to grow up.

How can Wade disrupt plans that were never made by Matt in the first place? If anything Matt still lives in the past (as his statement of wanting to go back to before 9/11) and not will not move forward. Progress is not in Matt's nature.

That and sleeping with everyone at basic traing including his drill instructors (males and females). Kind of defeats the purpose of DADT.

Wade is mad because Matt is ignoring Wade and his needs. It's not about Matt still being a slut because they both have been sleeping around. Kind of like how Matt was pissed at Wade when he was ignoring Matt in Bloodlines? Stanford Law: yeah Wade already said he needed a change of scenery so that is out. Re Zach: For someone that claims to wanting to keep his secret about him being gay, he is leaving a LOT of evidence behind (John, Will, Gathan)... Not to mention just about everyone now living at Escorial knows about Will/Zach ( Stef, JJ, Brad, Wade). On top of that, (based on personal experience), I am guessing the football coach has a clue too! And put this in perspective: Wade' mom had a clue when Matt visited in Bloodlines, Tony's mom had a clue, and you can't tell me that no one at Wally/Clara Hayes house had a clue that Zach and Gathan were getting it on!

Re chapter 70: Disappointed in Matt and I find myself rooting for Will and Zach. I wonder how Stef is going to dress up Zach? A&F or something like that? Matt: What part of Frank's directive of "quit being a slut" did Matt not understand? Not much room to negotiate on that part. Quit the hockey team? Still has not done it. At the same time, I've seen many seniors take club sports seriously AND keep up their education into higher education. Matt just does not have that time management ability when he's sleeping and partying with everyone.

I am seeing a pattern here: dinner at Escorial = drama. Funny and sad part of 9.11 is that you can read any chapter that ends in the dining room and skip to chapter 71 (published in yahoo group accidentally some time ago ) and it's seamless because Matt stil does not seem to want to "grow up". This is what I see in Will: A 15yr old who can't figure out how to crack an egg to make scrambled eggs yet he manages to use a power saw to cut shoes in half without cutting off his own fingers.

I got hooked on Bloodlines and I thought it was the best. It was after you finished it that I started to read from the beginning of the saga.
