  12. The Titan Plot Ion clenched his hand to a fist and looked around on the bridge of the ship. His two companions were carrying plasma guns. The captain and the crew of the Cleus spaceship were dead. A young woman was sitting in a seat, her body trembling and her eyes widened. Her mouth formed a silent cry. Chief in command Ion watched her, enraged. "How could you be so careless, Lady Tiana?" he hissed. The Titans raised their plasma guns, but Ion waved his hand. "Wait. Take her down and loc

  14. It's different. Here it is: Ganymede’s Hounds Weary their throats with barking Calling after their abducted master Furious, the loyal hounds left - Grieving Ganymede, the beautiful - For Mount Olympus, heavenwards To draw god Zeus, hero-king game PoMoSco Prompt: Blender Source Text: Wikipedia, Ganymede, one paragraph
  15. I've done Found Poetry so far. There are a lot of interesting prompts on the PoMoSco site. My results are, well, weird. I titled one poem Ganymede's Hounds. It has a subtle beauty to its weirdness. I'm not yet sure if I post these weird poems. Reading AC Benus' post, I better turn to Quatrains now anyway.
  16. Yes, you're right. I didn't notice it. Thanks for the feedback. I'm glad you like the poem.
  17. Spring April morn, the birds are singing at dawn A sweet floral fragrance’s filling the room The sky is blue and the morning sun warm Spring has come and flowers are in full bloom I look at the sun rising in the blue sky I’m glad that winter has finally gone Happy, revived, and with my spirits high I open the window, humming a song

    Beyond

Beyond Time is ticking I've embarked on a journey Inevitably The seconds pass by I'm on a mission To an unknown land I go beyond, I'm on The road to nowhere My memories are fading The darkness' closing in I've passed the threshold and I'm walking in dead silence But I wish I could tell you Of the light that I see Far ahead of me at The end of the tunnel I wish I would not leave you At desperate ends and I wish I could tell you that I love you, my son

  25. Jump ‘You honestly think I would wear something like that?’ Brian said to himself, shaking his head. He looked at the boy with the smart phone in his hand. How old was he? Thirteen, fourteen? Two other boys joined the first. They all looked alike, dressed in sweaters and baggy jeans that revealed their underpants. The sight was a pain to his eyes. Brian was in his forties and not for a million would he have wanted to change place with one of these boys. Brian had a moment of clarity. He ha
