The Arcana Archives of Carmi'Esis - 2. Wounds

Apostelo Laris
A Summoner from Shinzen
Citadel of Reia

Have you tried looking into your own heart?
It beats, continuously. Feeding presumptuously.
And yet when things go bad, it falls apart,
for me, it just keeps on beating hideously.

So come, take a look inside this vacuum,
Because all you will see is the void you left,
Would you come back to me, even if it hurts?
Because for me, you are the greatest thief.

I must stand and fight with all of my desire.
You made me drunk from the poison of yesterday.
Even if I have to stumble down on the muddy ground,
I shall not look back, for I have decided not to sway.

Move over, for the darkness gathers upon you,
a morbid, sly snake is what you truly are.
For you have capture me in your immoral love,
and I ended up losing the sight from afar.

With everything of myself, I will cast my strength.
For it will soon knows no bounds forevermore.
Rising up from the oceans of tears that you gave,
because you are coward of some ancient lore.

The beginning starts off sad and hurt-filled, but I liked how you showed triumph near the end. Whoever this individual is that has acted unkindly towards you, they sound like someone to keep far away from :pinch:

Yes. True. Unkind but such wounds are needed for us to grow sometimes. Otherwise, we would stay vulnerable to those who wants to cause us greater harm. :/
