The Librarian and the Assassin, a Sapphic Romance at the End of the World

Genres:
Romance,
Science Fiction,
Two young women living on an island meet and begin to fall in love. A plague has ravaged the population, but it ended before either of them were born, and they only know the world as it now is.
This story has no trigger warnings, but there are a few intimate moments with a low level of spiciness. There are also several action sequences that do involve some violence, but it is fairly tame. I've listed this book under "mature" but I'm not sure if it really is all that mature... but better safe than sorry! And I'll mention the chapters that have spice in the notes at the beginning of each.
