In a fast paced, shocking narrative what was to be a family event around negotiating a basic financial treaty with a North African dictatorship turned into a chaotic, unexpected violent revolution where survival is not certain. Special Envoy Will Carter and his spouse Andrew found themselves at Gaddafi's palace as rebels attacked and began killing. Andrew led their escape. Will became the grand prize and was sought by brutal enemies who wanted to use him as political leverage. West, Peter and Jacob resided in the British embassy which is attacked by multitudes of fighters who want vengeance against those who supported their dictator.

Great, violent uncertainty pervades this revolution. Heroic actions and unyielding determination and imagination are needed to survive. You will see key opponents try to use the Carters who have to be flexible and focused. West rises to the occasion leading the embassy defense against overwhelming odds.

Things never seem to be safe and uneventful. You will find the action scary and upsetting and the Carters will be physically hurt. How they all act and struggle will be fully entertaining. They never give up. The fights and acts of heroism will fascinate you. They are helped by skilled allied forces.

Victory is well earned.
