Nobuyuki Sato is no exception, and as he tries to navigate the political climate of his new city, his Yakuza family is there to support him. But then Nobuyuki meets Viktor Karimov, son of the Chief of Police, he begins to question if there might be more to life than crime. Love, intrigue, and drama abound.
