Of Heart Aches and Breaks - 2. Waiting

On the street,

off to catch

Some love and life

some sex on a match

This river of faces

Flows with fierce intensity

How can I rank-up?

To this crowd’s virility

I’m old

Early twenties

Too old

For most Anthony’s

The song of the sea

It enchants me too much

I’ll soon meet my Ben

Someone who’ll be a bit butch

Wishful thinking

Perhaps, yes

But tonight I will cruise

Probably snag the night's third best
