The Poetry of M - 12. The Forever White Under the Phosphorescent Sky

 For my future love . . .

I stand still with him here

Upon this frozen shore
In ice chilled air so clear
Where cold fills every pore

We look out far across
The ice hardened water
To spot the Northern Cross,
Our guide through dark winter

We see that the sky shines
With prismatic echoes
Of lights in bands and lines
In bright greens and yellows

I giggle like a child
Filled high with giddy joy
To see a sight so wild
Feeling again that boy

I lost so long ago

My Love turns to face me
And takes hold of my hand
His smile shines with glee
Seeing my joy expand

To see his pure homeland
Where only truth can lie

In pure bliss our lips close

Upon the forever white snows
Under a phosphorescent sky
span>Thank you for reading!

The perfect gesture of moment. A lovely poem Mr. M. I think you have shared this before with us right!? Accept my apologies if I had failed to review then.

Love evaporates from your poem. Lovelier.

Yes. But it is my latest one and I'm also writing the next chapter of Snowflake so it sort of all fit together. Thank you for commenting!
