For socially anxious Owen, the only safe space at a chaotic Halloween party is his best friend, Jasper, who is completely hidden inside a ridiculous furry werewolf costume. But his confession is met with an unexpectedly tender and heartfelt reaction, making him wonder... what secret is the werewolf hiding?

@Rafy continues to challenge, amuse, and ultimately entertain we readers with his often quirky and always sparklicious stories. The wit of Cole Porter, the irreverence of John Waters, the sense of fun of The B-52's, and the glamour, heart and soul of Auntie Mame, are what continues to draw me to his works.

This latest treat, a story of romantic yearning set against the backdrop of a Halloween party, held little appeal for me, until I read it. Frothy and fabulous.

This is truly a Halloween short story, but not the spooky and scary variety.  There is definitely some trick-or-treating going on, but not exactly what you'd expect.  This is a humorous and romantic Halloween encounter, but to discover if it's a huge success or a total flop, you'll have to read this well-written story to find out.  Do yourself a favor and check in out.
