Meh, getting arrested for 'trespassing' usually will get dropped unless they broke something or spray painted something. So technically, he's not a criminal yet...

If I am correct, trespassing government property is far more serious than walking across some misanthropic old hag's front yard. At least in TX.

Back in high school, I almost got in trouble once for allegedly trespassing on school grounds and administration (really bitter, mean people) told me that because the school is owned by the government, I would have committed a serious crime, if they charged me.

Not that they did.
