Lots to think about.  People, not only homeless, but sick, with nowhere to go and no help in sight

The wrong people are being affected. Besides the one Senator (I think) that has opted to not be paid, all others still receive a full salary. They're the ones that should be furlonged or outright not paid at all, until they can... do their jobs.

They shouldn't have benefits, either.

This is bullshit, i'm gonna comment on my blog too later in detail. I am pissed off.

Simply put, I've been trying to prevent my 85 years old grandma from getting evicted from senior housing, but can't get in touch with ssa to get a income verification.

Wow. Lets hope the opposition get their act together and agree to the damn budget. The rights of people should be above the political aims of the parties. I just hope that the Republican party don't use this as a weapon for 2016 - cuz that would be totally unfair to the democrats.
