ACA and me.

Well this healthcare.gov website has to be the glitchiest website I have ever tried to use. I've encountered at least 5 DIFFERENT errors when signing up, logging in, verifying my identity, uploading documents or just navigating!

It's so frustrating...

I'll probably drop by the med center here on campus some time this week to talk to someone. I'm not really sure what to expect.

Take my advice, try to see if you qualify for a student plan.

Technology and capacity were badly planned from ACA implementation. Unless you're in mass, in which case I have few workarounds for you.

Edit: typos

I think it's the government shut down.  National Park Services website is having some weird javascript error that either makes the page display wrongly or it even crashed to the desktop once to me.  BTW, since it's a government website, I am wondering about the availability of patient record to government.  Patient privacy is protected under HIPPA, but once government is involved instead of a mere insurance company/health care provider relationship, I don't know what's the extend of shared information anymore....  (I am not suggestion they'll breach your privacy, but there is certainly more room for abuse).

President obama the other day admitted ACA site capacity issues, so the problem there is a lack of good planning.

As for information, Ashi, you are hitting a great point. Explicitly I had to release about 50, 000 patient records to feds during accreditation for HIPAA. The federal government currently holds the largest database between all healthcare records. I can't see it, nor can physicians.
