Umm woops!

 

 

I kinda had a little accident today and kinda totaled my car :blink:

 

Im perfectlly fine (No worrying Viv!)

 

I was driving to work this afternoon after having my lunch break, and well was driving down the road about 45mph, when I guess I got a little close to the inside kerb, well my tire clipped it and wheeeee I bounced across the lane into the crash barrier. :*)

 

The car hit the barrier then spun round a couple times hitting the other barrier finally coming to a stop.

Someone called the emergency services so after being checked by the ambulance people, breathalised by the police and asked for my explanation of events. I went back to work and called Chris to let him know I was fine.

 

So Im home now (Taxi lol) awaiting delivery of a courtesy car from my insuance company.

 

Im off to call Chris so he can yell at me some more.

Telling me not to worry is like telling the sun not to rise... it's inevitable! But... I assume you typed this blog with your own fingers in your own home so that leads me to believe that you are in fact okay :wub:

Glad you're OK. I totalled my car in college. I made the incredibly bright decision to not replace it, pocket the cash, and party my brains out for my last year at school. It was a good decision. Sadly, once you're living in the real world, those decisions just don't make as much sense.

I'm really glad you're OK, Dave. I've only been in one car accident and wasn't hurt, but it was very scary.
