No of course it isn't, it's garbage. They're not similar at all, because cadburys products are edible and Hershey's are not.

There's Swiss and German chocolate and there's that.

I think a little history may be in order.  The link at the end provides some insight as to why American's may hold their opinion of Hershey a little dearer.  

Finally, having eaten Swiss and Belgian chocolate as well as some German chocolates, I cannot argue that there is anything wrong with them.  However, the American palate seems to have been weaned on lighter milk chocolate.
