Okay I'm warning you know this is gonna be a little long, but stay with me it'll be sooooooooo worth it :P

Okay first... I think I told some of you about this but it just got sooooooooooo much better  So I bought Rich some jeans for Christmas cause the pairs he has now all have these holes where the back pocket attaches to the rest of the jeans, probably from putting his wallet in and out of it. Anyway, I knew he needed more jeans and he is so easy to shop for because he is really... boring. He always wears exactly the same shoes, jeans, brand of t-shirts, etc. He is soooooooooo hopelessly straight.

Anyway so I went to buy him pants at Christmas but after I was in four different stores and couldn't find the kind he likes in his size I ended up getting this other type that look exactly the same as what he always wears, like I actually held one pair up in fornt of the other and they are REALLY the same except the pair I bought seems to have a smaller thigh area by a half an inch... SO he humors me by trying them on and they look great! Like you can actually see he has an ass, and they aren't so baggy, not that they ever were TOO baggy, but his shape is much more apparent. :D

So he swears he hates them and he returned them :( and then he can't find the kind he normally wears and when he finally puts his man issues aside and asks the girl working there if they have more she tells him they are being discontinued :o So when I try and convince him... again... that the ones I bought him are seriously almost the exact same thing he like freaks out and says, "I can't do this right now... we have to go!" So then he stopped on the way home and bought a dozen Krispy Kreme donuts... UGH! :nuke:

So yesterday we go back to The Block to try and find some jeans for him. I figure with so many choices there he can find something but... <_< I mean seriously... there is American Eagle, Hollister, Ron Jon's. Tilly's, Anchor Blue, Pacific Sunwear, Old Navy, and more.... Well :( straight, boring guy with no fashion sense won't even go into American Eagle or Hollister, refused to look past seeing the Old Navy label on the jeans, Ron Jon's and Tilly's were like $75 to $100 a pair and he was like 'hell no!', so we ended up back in Anchor Blue... nothing. I'm beginning to wonder if he will ever buy anything while stifling ALL my normal inclinations to just take over and MAKE him buy some freakin jeans!

So we end up at ANOTHER  Anchor Blue and again... big shock and surprise, they don't have the style he likes in his size... since they have been DISCONTINUED! Anyway, by this time, I may kill him if he doesn't just buyu some beep beep jeans NOW! So I make him try on two pairs... the kind he does like in the wrong color and the same freakin pair I bought him that he returned a week earlier... and they really do look almost identical, except I still say the pair I bought looks better on him. So he ends up buying the pair he likes in the color he hates while I ask the sales girl if they can order us some or call ANOTHER store... so the girl calls another store and they say they have 2 pairs that are one size too long bt Rich says he can deal with that so we go there to get them.

SO when we get to the other store... and if you've lost count by now, this is number seven today... the kids and I wait in the car while he just runs in to get the jeans. When he comes out he gets in the car and practically throws the bag on my lap, so I say, "All done then?" Guess what he bought... just guess...

The same freaking pair I bought him at Christmas and he tried on at the last store... 0:) SO hard not to gloat...

Girl Scout cookies have taken over my house again

My daughter had to write a report about herself. It had to be 8 pages long, each page about one topic, like Art, Sports, Music, and Me or My Family and Me, and I had to write one page about her also. so here are some of the things she wrote :*)

My mom is hard working, loving, caring, smart, but very funny. Most of the time she is on the computer though. My dad is funny, weird, cool, and very helpful. I was playing mash with him and he was marrying my dog Ocean, his job is a dog food tester, and he was laughing so hard. My brother is very annoying, rude. A long time ago he hit me in the wind pipe. I just have to say one thing he loves pigs. Everyone in my family is loving, caring, smart, and is helpful. I guess we are the six pillars of character.

The people I mostly admire are my parents. That

It's funny how some of us get so bent on certain stuff... Like my brother, he won't ware anything unless it is 100% cotton.

So are you still gloting? I hope he made it up to you if you know what I mean. :D

Ann Marie is very sweet and funny.....I love well I am from Kindergarten comment......Did anyone giggle or smile at the comment...its.....soooo adorable and cute...makes you want to pinch her cheeks and give her kisses and hugs.....and I bet you do...and I see a typical big sister who loves but hates (not really) her little brother..

And I can see all of you punching Rich in the arm every time he says "El Torito".....ROFL and I bet you all roar with laughter, Rich included:)

I see Ann Marie is a budding writer..hmmm..makes me wonder from whom she gets that from? hee hee:)

lol, I could tell by the 'beep beeps' and the 'freakin' that you were getting a lil pissed at that point...that was fun I bet :) .

And that "I'm from kindergarten" bit sounds like it was pulled right out of Kid's Say the Darndest Things :D , lol. My little cousin Bailie can't really say 'Grandpa' yet and guess what she says instead...go ahead guess..."Peepot"...lol, not quite sure where she got the 'pee' part, but it's cute as hell when she does it. lol
