Poor Kool-Aid. They got a bad rep from Jonestown and they didn't even use it, it was Flavor-Aid.

Yes, beware of those with great charisma, eg.  Hitler, Mussolini, Jim Jones, David Koresh, and any like them...  it seems they all come to a bad end
