You can tell this word comes from the German just looking at it, but its not something I expect to hear in daily conversation or see in casual print.

Well....

Anyway, isn't that why Myr presents these words, to get us out of our usual trot and try something new? To develop a new sprachgefühl?

True, he's growing us mentally and increasing our vocabulary, but I can't see using it in one of my stories or in conversation.
