I take exception to that definition.  I would consider them an outlander, not outlandish - of course that would depend on their behavior.

What? You consider leather boots and a jockstrap outlandish?

Admittedly, I've only done that twice, but it was refreshing.

Unfortunately, when Parliament House closed, their website disappeared.

It was an old motel in Orlando, a dive with multiple bars. They threw a Mardi Gras party every year and invited our motorcycle club to parade through their parking lot. Trying not to skid on beads was our biggest concern.
