I'm not experiencing much quietude this morning.

Living by myself, I get to enjoy a great deal of quietude, so much in fact that sometimes I turn on the TV while I'm writing just so I don't feel so alone.  I don't really pay attention to it, but it makes me feel that there are others aroud.

I keep one on here 24/7.

I'm not that extreme so the electric bill doesn't get too high.

The new ones use hardly any at all.
