You certainly wouldn't get much meat off of those frog legs.  In fact, it reminds me of the Looney Tunes singing frog.

Yes, that's the one I was referring to.  It looks just like the frogs in the GIF you used in your example for ranarium. 

If you're looking to visit a ranarium, there is one in Monteverde, Costa Rico. Except it is actually the Frog Pond Ranario in Santa Elena. Seems to be unique in being the only ranarium in the world.

Lots of Mississippi and Louisiana are so swampy, in the summer, it's like living in a ranarium. We have every possible species of frog from big old bullfrogs to tiny colorful tree frogs. They all sing like they are happy... ALL NIGHT LONG. Sometimes it's like they compete with the cicadas to see which species can raise the most hell.
