Last December, I talked to my family doctor about a persistent 'ahha' cough. He showed me the statin I was on had the most common side effect was that. So we switched up my meds, but he said for shits and giggles we'd get a chest x-ray.

That is when I started seeing a pulmonologist for biopsies and repeated testing, now that I have been diagnosed with a auto immune disease, sarcoidosis. It does seem to be getting better on its own the past month though :) I see him for the full gamut of testing on Friday.

@Myr, quit publishing all the specialists that my old, decrepit body is making me go see :gikkle:

I've told @Krista to put away the brochures for the old folks homes and just take me out to the back 40. She seems to like the idea of not doing that and making me suffer :P.

I know what you're going through, Steve, because it seems like all I've done lately was go to doctor's appointment to be prodded and poked, and not in a fun way either.  The pulmonologist is one of the few specialists I haven't seen, but I hope your situation improves for you.
