Try calling the carrier and see if you can cut a deal. Back when I sold multi carriers I used to get people's bills lowered all the time. Just be nice to the rep .... I work for one of the largest carriers now as a Customer Service Rep and when you yell... we tend to not want to help you, be nice.... there is always something that can be done.

I have gotten a $2,500 bill for data down to $190.00. Co-workers brother hooked it up to his laptop with bluetooth and was porn watching.
