I always seems to leave something out lol

ie: nutritional values

Seaweed, spirulina, dried
The good: This food is very low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Vitamin K, Pantothenic Acid, Magnesium and Potassium, and a very good source of Protein, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Iron, Copper and Manganese.

The bad: This food is high in Sodium.

Also a lot of green, everyone see's green in one form or another

Someone will release a study of its effects one day
