Omg Please Help ( It's For Looking For A Book)

My head has been hurting for the past few hours trying to looking for this book title. I remember reading this a long time ago but I cant remember its name.

 

Some plot memories: It's about a guy who wants to date this girl(I believe she's a lesbian). He found out about her through submitting a poem or something. And things happening through the book. But at the end, they both went to a party or a camp thing. The main character didn't tell his parents but he did eventually and they freaked out. At the end, his friend came with a limo to pick him up and they were about to go to a prom But the girl leaves with two other women to go to New York city. He asks her to stay but she says that she can't and she needs to go to NY. She leaves a note saying that he was his first boyfriend.
