thank you, David, i agree with you in part and part not. in the eyes of many Caroline's judgement has been questioned twice before, this maybe the last straw. as for George, i disagree, George is loved by the king and many powerful people, to the outside world he is a noble, innocent victim of a wanton woman. he will survive she will not. as for the jewels, he has two daughters, and he will soon be even richer with his aunt's estate. in other words, George wins, Caroline looses. As for George and Freddie their bonding is both touching and helpful to both of them. throw George's brother and sister-in -law under the bus? best place for them.

i know it is the season of love, peace and joy, but i feel Will should go postal on Zack. was Zack using Will all along for what he could get out of him? it seems that way. how dumb is Zack? Wade once said Will was the most dangerous person to pick a battle with.

I want to explain my comment, I have followed Mark's stories for many years, they have given me endless joy. I love the CAP saga, love Will a lot, and understand writing the bridgemont saga is much harder because of the historical context. However, I love George as much as Wil. seeing George in limbo is agony not seeing him at home at last.

this chapter is interesting in so many ways. we see Will ask insightful questions. seeking advice and demanding answers about his phone. it is a picture of a person in charge of his life but what is different is that he does not just react emotionally but with logic and reason. the boy has grown

I was rereading Black Widow and can't read the parts about Zack and Will without thinking of this chapter. I think of all Will has done for Zack and now this. How sad. I hope Will can find someone who really loves him not for his money but for him. And what is happening to George? WHAT ABOUT THE HOMECOMING?
