  1. Oh, Lisa, just a hint...Christian will have his patience tested with one of his sons..so that should be fun... I'm with you on David,:wub:He was spitting some pretty heavy stuff, and again I've got something for ya... So glad you are enjoying this story. I'm having fun with it.. Thanks, Lisa Kim
  2. I Know, intune, David is incredible with the whole situation. I agree with you, the whole courting thing could be fun. The car thing was us getting a glimps into Christian's head, which we will see more of. Going through the journey with Christian and David should prove to be entertaing...I hope. Thanks for the review and all your help... Kim
  3. A moment of silence enveloped the room, and all that could be heard was the ball of the pen scraping across the paper as Dr. Reeder sat across from him jotting down notes. Christian propped his elbow on the desk and rested his chin in the palm of his hand. He knew there was no right or wrong answer to the doctor’s question, but he also knew how serious the question was. After a few moments, the doctor looked over at Christian with an expectant gaze as if to say…’well?’ “It’s like the more I
  4. Thank you joann414, I'm so glad you left a review to let me know you were reading and enjoyed it. I'm also happy that you could appriciate what was going on here. It was a little different I know and not your cotton candy sweet ending, but I think they are working towards that. again thanks Sooooo much! Kim
  5. thanks Nettie Poo, I' glad you enjoyed the chaper and the way you preceived it. Max is all messed up and you're right there is some blur here. Drake on the other hand, seems to handle the "blur much better than Max. There was a need there and they fulfilled it, for now anyway and yes Max denied and flipped out, but like you said, it was expected. this moment for them impacts so much more. I hope you keep reading..
  6. glad you enjoyed it, but you've got it twisted it's I that should be thanking you, Rebelghost85. So Thank You. Kim
  7. merci, intune glad you enjoyed the story. It did have a different feel, I wanted to be real, not leave you with a bubbly feeling, but as you put it satisfied, understanding that it is okay to love again. These two deserved to be happy, I honestly feel Brad being Brad, would have been cool with it. Kim
  8. Thank you ck,The story was intended to be a short story dealing with the five stages of grief,I actually added a few chapters. I was hoping it didn't appear I rushed the end, so glad it worked. I happy for them too. I worked on this story all week, so I'll be posting an update to the other next week, Friday probably Thanks so much for the support and comments they really mean a lot. Kim
  9. New York this time of year was beautiful. Spring; it was Brad’s favorite time of year. He always talked about growing a garden but sadly never got around to it. Maxwell sighed dejectedly before taking one last drag of his cigarette; he dropped it to the ground and put it out with the bottom of his shoe before releasing the smoke into the air. He took a deep breath and held it as he approached the stone that bore his husband’s name. Each step was forced and the closer he got the more nauseated
  10. the fight was inevitable...both Drake and Cody are strong individuals. and yes I agree, Drake was out of line, he fought dirty and Cody did what he should...leave him to wallow in is stupidity. but Drake is driven by something more... what Cody was doing was low key putting Max down, his jealously was showing. he usually keeps it in check, so that was an Oops moment. Drake does have a lot of thinking to do...can't wait till you read the next chapter...hehe Danke, chica, Kim
  11. I agree, Nettie, sometime people do things for all the wrong reasons expecially when they are hurting. Drake is indeed a good friend to both Max and Brad. Even Cody see that, but is there more to Drake's motives...you'll have to read more to find out.. Danke, Nettie Poo Kim
  12. Danke, Nettie. I love doing flashbacks as well. it works better then retelling the story from another person's pov so glad it works for you too. Hope you enjoy the rest of the story. Can't say too much don't want to give anything away MWAH
  13. Nettie Poo, welcome back, chica. Glad you enjoyed the chapter, this is a short story. dealing with the stages of grief, so I hope you like it, hope you enjoy the journey! yep theirs was a tight friendship and one is gone so that must be hard...thanks for the review sweets
  14. I really love Cody, he's a very insightful man. I think it was time for him to take his ball and bat and go home. I love that you are reading both stories and posting a comment, they are on two different plains for sure. this story was intended to deal with the 5 stages of grief, so it's coming to an end...acceptance is the last, but I think the end will surprise you. Muchas gracias, Kim
  15. Thank you ck, Kids pick up on a lot of things. They watch us when we don't know they are watching. Kids are smart little cookies and will tell your business...trust me I know They do have a lot of love in their family. In one chapter though he can't remember even Christian himself says "No one's life is this perfect" but when the love is there, real love it can feel perfect which is how David feels and he's patient because he wants what he and Christian had back. Christian is in for a few surprises himself. again thanks, love your comments. Kim
  16. “Good evening, Sirs, right this way.” The Maître d nodded as he escorted them through the crowed dining area back to their table. Cody took Drake’s hand allowing him to lead the way. “Sir.” He motioned for Cody to take his seat as pulled out the chair. “Thank you,” Cody smiled while taking his seat. Drake took his seat across from Cody and smiled kindly to the Host as he handed him the menu. “Your server tonight will be Carlos,” he informed before filling Cody’s glass with water. “The speci

I fix it...Oops *blushes* David is a sweetheart and yes I think Christian needs to remember that he is NOT gay. just saying lol He was good with the kids, and they love their daddy that was clear to him. Next chapter should be fun. we get to delve into Christian's mind a little. Thanks for the review, I really appriciate it so much. Kim

  24. He held his breath and his heart pounded fast within his chest. Using the back of his hand, he wiped away the beads of perspiration that dotted his brow while taking a slow breath of air to calm himself. “Okay…I can do this,” he coached as he willed the nerves away. “I can do this.” He would have thought he was meeting the president or something. He wanted this to be right; after all he didn’t want to hurt the boys. It wasn’t their fault he didn’t remember them, and it was his goal not to
