Yup, he got invited to the circus and the rides began; the house of horrors that was really just about slap-stick funny, then sat down for a little ride call dinner in bumper cars, passing by the chicken shoot but fingers were the traps for those poor birds, the fortune teller sought more data input but the costs of that was covered by the youngest spectator, and then we’re left with the cliffhanger of the pie eating contest. Wow, what an exciting experience jammed into a dinner…party? That fancy $2M car might need the EMT assistant module to determine whether to take Alex home or to the hospital. 🤣 I’m sure the doctor medlink will supply vitals enroute as the emergency room is notified and the arrival message is sent. Then again, perhaps the seat has the built-in defibrillator and any arrhythmia will be alleviated before outside care is needed. What a great and mostly light hearted chapter this is.

I brown bagged, but I was easily satisfied by some of the fluffiest white sandwich bread made locally but unsurpassed, with either potted meat with light Mayo and mustard or a sliced liverwurst sandwich with the same; with good old Fritos corn chips….before there was anything other than original. Despite my comments it doesn’t mean Dean doesn’t need to talk to Leah, but her demands to know everything to her satisfaction is not her right. I had this conversation once myself. I had a couple of dates with a divorcee that also ended with sex on one occasion. Then I happened to meet another person that really heard my attention. Like Dean, I didn’t have any more dates during this initial encounter and getting to know this new interest. I did reconcile to go see the divorcee to explain I had met someone else that took my interest and I real felt I had to see where that was taking me. I apologized that there was absolutely nothing wrong with her but that I just clicked so well with this other person. No indentities, no names, no mention of sex (though I hadn’t), and no mention of gender (though that was no change). The point being that it is not some point paper that has to justify deciding against continuing to see Leah; those explanations can be personal and Leah needs to understand that if it doesn’t involve her directly then it’s his discretion to disclose any details. Leah has already breached her boundaries by demanding to know if he was seeing Kris. If Dean had asked for another date then maybe that would be appropriate for her to ask if he kissed Kris, but only if seeing him herself, not from a gossip…I’m pretty sure Jenna.

It seems a huge part of that decision may rest with Dean.

Perhaps Leah is the best motivation for Dean to pack up and help with…Toronto here we come. 😂
