    This is the penultimate weekly test of the Happy Birthday system in preparation for the Imperial 30th Birthday celebration. Had this been the actual Imperial Birthday there would have been arroz con leche.

    Hi. It was 60/15° here this morning at 7am when I went for my morning walk. Currently 72/22° because the sea breeze has kicked in. Further inland it's warmer.
