  1. LOL. Well if I am going to write about the real world then I am going to use places I know. Depending on how well you know Patchogue, Reed's shop is just off the four corners, a few doors down from the jewelry store.
  2. Oh I don't believe in throw away characters, Andy. If they are in one chapter you can be sure they will be in others.
  3. No, the two Barbara's aren't much alike at all. I doubt there is much anyone can keep from Barbara Wagner though. She is one tough broad.
  4. Why does everyone immediately go to Ted? Keep reading, Andy. More to tell you after you get a bit further in.
  5. Thank you Hillj69. You never know what will be a hit or a miss. First and foremost I write the stories I would like to read. Hopefully I will find readers out there who enjoy them. Won't always be a hundred score with everyone but always appreciate hearing what people thought of it.
  6. Thank you Mark. Glad you enjoyed it. You know me. I rarely do sex in my stories but try to keep it interesting when I do.
  7. Okay so I got bored and posted every other day. Story is done. Hopefully people will find and enjoy. Thanks for taking the time to read and comment. Wayne
  8. KC, you want Miss Piggy?
  9. Yeah think? And how did you grow up on Long Island and miss a buckle. I got the recipe from a friend of my grandmother's and found similar ones up in Connecticut. Such a Northern Dessert, where you can pick the fresh blueberries. Think of it as a blueberry coffee cake.
  10. In that case Andy I better get out there and save some young man's life. But bits and pieces of myself bleed into both the characters here. Look at this way, at least you get some good recipes.
  11. Who said I was suggesting anything?
  12. In some respects poor Charlie is just an accident waiting for a place to happen. Unfortunately when it does anything can happen. Glad you are enjoying it so far.
  13. Don't worry Andy, I have a lot of talking heads later on. But I do try to keep the story moving right along. Hopefully you will find each person has their own distinct character.
  14. Nice guess but you have a long way to go yet. Keep reading Andy.
  15. Why am I not surprised?
  16. Since when is your meat for sale?
  17. Nice play on words Andy. Well I enjoy putting my own spin on these. This is the fourth fairy tale I've redone. First was Snow White out of a prompt Lugh created. Then I took on Sleeping Beauty for another prompt. Then took on Rapunzel as well. I like twisting and turning what people think they know and turning it on its ear. Glad you liked it.
  18. Why must you ask such loaded questions?
  19. Thank you Daddydavek. I don't think you need to reinvent the wheel but sometimes you can give it a new twist. And as I promised Wolf was not in a nightgown. I am glad you enjoyed it.
  20. Nock limped into the village shortly after dark. He had read and reread the direction on his note so many times that he knew exactly where to go. There were candles in the window and he could see that a fire was burning in the fire place when he arrived. The door wasn’t locked and he wandered in. “Hello? Anyone home?” Silence greeted him and then he spotted the note on the table. Nock, Grandma isn’t feeling well and went to bed. I had some work to do and might
  21. Would I supply what?
  22. Thank you Dad. I'm glad people are still enjoying Charlie's tale. At least I haven't bored anyone so I hope I am doing a good job.
  23. Do I want to know why you would bring home farm animals?
  24. Yup. Only moving forward from here on out, KC. Still a few surprises to toss out and things to settle before the end. Hopefully everyone will enjoy it.
  25. When did you become a sheep, KC?
