  1. If Halloween was Collin’s favourite holiday, Christmas was Garry’s. Being with his family and giving gifts, that was all life meant to him. Not long after their first disastrous Halloween together, in a time where Collin was still shaking at night at the thought of more vampires, but was slowly getting over what it meant to be dating someone from the Munster family, Collin and Garry had their first Christmas together. It was a good time of the year for Garry, and he was determined to help Collin
  2. “Is it true?” Six-year-old Janie asked as she buried herself into her daddy Colin’s arm. “Is what true?” “That when you wish upon a star, all your wishes come true?” “As true as I’m in front of you.” Colin brushed her blonde hair. “How can you be sure?” Colin nuzzled in her neck and confided in her. “Because I saw it happen.” “You did?” She was so impressed her eyes popped. “Can you keep a secret?” She nodded enthusiastically. “I’m going to tell you about what happened, okay, but you ca
  3. Garry Munster watched the flame dancing around the string of thirteen bulbs of garlic in the fireplace. Never moving his eyes from the burning plant, he poured himself a glass of bourbon and drank half of it. The liquid burned his throat, and he placed the glass on the little coffee table next to him. Using a simple clean steak knife, Garry opened his left palm. He squeezed the blood into a golden cup that already had blood in it, and then emptied it in the bourbon glass. He also grabbed a pinch
  4. Collection of short stories featuring The Munster Family; a family like no other.
  5. I've been seeing "Maitre d' " a lot recently and I don't like that word, mostly because being a native French speaker, I always feel like the hotel is missing from the word. Plus, I'm not sure how it's suppose to be pronounced. My tongue always stumbled on the D'.

    Chapter 5

It's a great story so far. I don,t read a lot of historical, but I really enjoy it.
  7. People who says they can't do something but doesn't try first. It's happening a lot where I work, and it's driving me nuts. They gonna call with a question, disrupting me while I work, and when you ask them if they look in the book, they say no. I mean, come on. It's not really hard to look it up yourself. I can understand if you didn't found it, but at least you don't call me for nothing...
  8. Ain't nothing 'bout you by Brooks & Dunn. The video clip suck, but I love the song...
  9. For me, it's character. Ad a writer, they are the first things that comes to my mind. If I sit down to find an idea for something new, it'll be a character that's going to come to mind first. The plot come later, usually from the characters past or present. As a reader, I need good compelling characters more than a plot. Of course, something have to happen, but i don't need a lot. Characters is what's going to stay in my head post reading, and it's what I am going to remember in ten years if I reread the book.
  10. The spider scares the shit out of me, but I think the cover is awesome.
