Tani does have a very strained relationship with his parents. Their side of the story is coming up soon. Anit does try her best to connect with Amu. Very interesting how heritage can be so important, yet so punishing...Tani's ended up making his own family in the mortal realm. Chapter Five The power filling the olive grove felt massive, unimaginably strong. It enveloped the olive grove, stifling everything it met.
