A fascinating turn of events. And a very creative scrambling of the words we know to create the alien language. I look forward to the next chapter with great anticipation.
This is an extremely satisfying story. I can hardly wait until Chapter 3! How Aethan and Ghor manage to work out their differences will be a complicated and prolonged story, I'm pretty sure. And it wouldn't surprise me if the approaching storm destroys the prison completely.
This story is a beautifully written, skillfully plotted, and marvelously developed addition to the Gay Authors site. Each chapter makes me look forward impatiently to the next one. I am thoroughly enjoying each posting. Bravo!
What an interesting development! So most of Vash's carefully laid plans for Aethan's survival have been forestalled. It will be interesting to see how he adapts to the penal colony.
The backstory in this chapter is fascinating! I am totally hooked on this story. I hope that nothing awful happens to Vash, although I have a feeling that my hope may be in vain. Aethan still needs him.
I just discovered this story yesterday, and I have devoured all 17 (so far) chapters like a starving man! What a rip-roaring yarn of a tale! Recalling the beginning of the first chapter, I hope that ultimately all will turn put well for Burke and Pitt, but I eagerly await further developments until they finally reach their final fates. Thank you for this beautifully plotted, marvelously written tale.
Sorry to see this story end. Now that Jubal and Lucas are settled in, I was hoping to read more about Reid and Billy, and how their life journey plays out.
There seem to be a few small issues with this chapter, using the wrong name in places ("Lucas" instead of "Jubal" and vice-versa), but that's understandable considering what you have been through. May you find solace in knowing that your sister-in-law is free from her pain. And your mare lived a good, long life. Although you don't know me, you are in my thoughts.
Oh, great, leave us dangling on tenterhooks, why don't you?
A seriously great chapter, @Grumpy Bear. Every time I think you've reached the pinnacle, you prove me wrong by surpassing yourself in the next chapter.
Thank you!
