    My dog can't get into the bed without some kind of step up. (And we're not giving her one.) So she has a dog bed at the foot of the bed. Now I'm just in the mood to spoil her a bit with Christmas around the corner.

    I actually haven't seen any of it yet. It's on the list of possible tv series to watch with the hubby. I have however, been a huge fan of the spin-off Torchwood.

    I think some people use the bisexual label as a transition from straight to gay and that damages the perception of those who are not actually transitioning. Sexuality is not absolute for most people; I've been with a number of women before I finally accepted that men make me happy. I don't have a need to require anyone to make a decision beyond my partner. If you're happy with who you are, go with it. Fuck the rest of them.

    I think it's sad that this commercial has sparked so much "controversy." I thought it was funny, but I hardly got aroused over it. I wish people would lighten up a little and find the harmless humor in life. There are much worse things to get all up in arms over. K-Mart is online for sure. International shipping? I've never checked but I can't see why not.

    I haven't been putting up a tree over the last few years as working in retail sucks the holiday spirit out of me. However, when I do, it goes up Thanksgiving weekend and comes down some time in January when the hubby finally bitches enough for me to take it down. I like the lights. And my tree is artificial so I can have it up as long as I want. I would love a natural tree, but the cleanup and upkeep are a deal breaker during a stressful season for me. LOL

    That was a great series. I found it right as they finished so I was fortunate not to have to wait to watch new episodes. Great characters and realistic drama. Definitely worth watching.

    Mikael's jealousy was very well done. His indecisiveness belied his real feelings beautifully. How embarrassing to find out about the sister! And after... geek smut!!! Loved it! It was very sweet and believeable. Who said geeks can't be hot?

    If I had the free time in November to devote to it, I wonder if I'd run into similar issues given the way I write. I backtrack and re-write all the time and even feel the need to add scenes several chapter back just to balance the story. I can see how that would be a detriment to the NaNoWriMo goal. I give serious props to the authors who can do it. All the best to those participating and I hope some day to get it a try. Not sure what the result will be, but someday. Good luck all!
