Song titles are a big thing for chapter titles. But usually i choose if a story is going to have chapter titles or not, and the ones that so, I make it part of the planning and keep lists and ideas. Like, all the chapter titles for Tiger Winter had to be one single word, so those were sometimes tough to think of, but the ones from Summer Camp were based on the theme of the chapter and a much looser format, and they came quite easily. lists, lists, and more lists! Lists are your friend.

General Update and Best Laid Plans: Current Writing: Innocent Sacrifice - two more chapters left for you guys I think Pool Boy - two more chapters left (it's only a short, sorry) Anthology entry - oh gods, but i have no plot after 6000 words. I'm an idiot. Future Writing: The plan is (this could go horribly wrong) to use NaNoWriMo time to completely scrap and rewrite totally at least the first 2 Best Circle of Hell stories (and swap them around so we meet Tobias first), AND rework stories 3, 4, and 5 in order to create a complete collection. Then, and Ma knows this plan and has agreed to help me (though I must find a third beta reader from somewhere), we are going to edit, edit, edit and check, check, check and hopefully have a hard copy collection of all 8 finished Best Circle of Hell stories ready for you in time for Christmas shipping. And yes, there'll be an ebook too.

Time is linear, so you can't go into the past from Hell, but you can go to any Where from Hell, and that includes plenty of 'other' earths. The multiverse is a Very Very Very large place. So for example, the earth Jahke is from is incredibly similar to our own (where Jeremiah and Atoki are from), but not exactly the same. This is will be more clear once the first 4 stories are rewritten.

I have always known that you have to open to certain... proclivities (even if you don't enjoy them personally) and allow for a very high level of theological distortion in order to enjoy TBCoH. They are not and have never been for everyone. Even Vinnie, who was there when this universe was born (oh, so many many years ago when I was a teenager), still isn't totally comfortable with them. And I’ll happily admit that even though he lives in my brain, Inai still scares the living shite out of me. not for another week! sorry
